Picked up to go tonight and the woman with the short hair and glasses at the front that answered the call was very rude. She rushed us to order right away with an attitude and she mocked my voice because I said "hi" in a friendly tone. Told me itd be 10-15, I was running about ten min late and she was harassing me and called me 3 times between those ten minutes and threatened my friend to post my number on some board??? Ive never been harassed that much by any restaurant. If it was so busy as she claimed on the call.. Where did she find the time to call me so often? Very bitter and sad woman. Im a waitress so I can understand the stress of a rush but she was just so extra rude for no reason.

I always eat at a different diner in New Britain but they started to close on Mondays. So my son wanted to have breakfast before school So we went to New Britain Diner. The waitress wasnt the friendly , the food came out in like 4 mins... makes me wont how they where able to do it that fast. The french toast I had tasted like it went into a toaster then on my plate. I didnt like the food at all and will never go back.

I eat her several times a week. The service is so quick at breakfast time I can hardly believe it. Decent food. Good prices - great specials! I dont recommend the Pot Roast, but the Philly Steak Sandwich is very good as are many of their specials like Chicken Stir Fry over Rice and Hot Open Roast Beef Sandwich with all the trimmings. Waitresses are friendly once you get to know them and sometimes even on the first visit.

New Britain Diner its great place to grab a bite to eat with friends. I usually always get the bacon grill cheese with onion rings that never disappoints. Their chocolate chip pancakes are also very delicious! The staff is friendly and the menu has a variety of selections that will please everyone in your group. They have recently made upgrades to their furniture making a good place even better.

I have a soft spot for the New Britain diner. The staff is always friendly and familiar, but the food does not approach what one might call fine dining. The menu features a diverse selection all based solidly on the greasy spoon theme. Load up on coffee and curly fries, and dig into a Philly cheese steak. Just be prepared to have a long hard thought about your life choices afterwards.

This place was sooo good. Just left there full belly and satisied. If you love a lot of blueberries in your pancakes come here! So fresh! The lox and bagel. Holy moly incredible. Our waitress was very pleasant making sure every few minutes we were satisfied! I love diners and this place has surpassed expectations especially at 530am. Wonderful experience. Go on in!!

Had a great experience tonight!!! Me and a large group of friends came to eat and Kim served us. We had a lot of orders and a lot of people but Kim did an amazing job at taking care of us. Will definitely come back!!! Only if Kim serves us though :)

This is exactly what you want in a diner: friendly, quick, inexpensive, tasty, and 24/7. Weve eaten early breakfast the twice. The service was quick. The food, not greasy, yet tasty. And, everyone was really friendly, despite the early hour.

My favorite diner! They have the best chicken quesadillas I always add spinach, peppers, and onions to mine. My daughter loves their bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and chocolate chip pancakes. Staff is always nice and very speedy service.

Ive never had a bad meal there, it can get crowed some nights and you may occasionally have to wait especially if youve got a group of 3 or more on a busy night. Service is good the staff are friendly and accommodating.

They offer the standard American diner fare. The food was average, but with no obvious flaws. My blueberry pancakes were good but way too large to reasonably eat in one sitting if you ask me. Food came quickly.

Piece of plastic fork in my homefries that more than likely was in someone elses mouth....gross! No apology and not one dime deducted from the bill. Check food for foreign objects.....

Breakfast foods are good, wont try anything else to be honest, Im too scared since I tried something 1 time & got sick, waitresses are hit or miss but its 24 hrs & good prices!
