Most people eat out either by themselves, with 1-3 other people, but not me. When I eat KBBQ I bring the crew of 10-30 and very few spots can handle such a spur of the moment crowd like Incheonwon. The private room to the right of the entrance has 8 separate hooded tables each able to seat 4-5 depending on comfort level. Tip: Do not take surface streets, always take the major freeways no matter how slow because the traffic on brookhurst, magnolia, Westminster are terrible during rush hour. Parking in the front can be sparse so parking in the rear is your best bet to not wait. Its usually not that big an issue after 9 as most of the other business close. The anchor for the strip mall its well light and has bright signage, waiting benches out front, its pretty classic for the area. Décor inside is also such with the wood accents and actually very sturdy chairs/tables/walls. Bathrooms are small for the size of the restaurant and its tucked way in the back. Service is good all things considering its my habit to overrun this place with only an hour or two warning. Fast at changing the grill, fast on bringing the meat, but slow on refilling everything else. Im not gonna bore you on the sides too much. I found all their meats to be a little fattier than counter parts like Mo Ran Gak, Cham Sut Gol. In case you couldnt tell thats a good thing. Even though the brisket or as I call them "meat rolls ups" is thin, I like running a really high temp which creates a nice layer of fat and the extra amount helps when crisping at the end. Short ribs are extra and they are expensive, but worth it. The bay leaves prove it properly marinated. Stay away from the seafood, its fresh, but not ideal for this style eating/cooking. The side dishes which I always forget the name to have a nice variety, everything is fresh, but the eggs arent quite as fluffy. Multiple refills of sesame seed oil and rice was necessary and should be timed with the order of meats. The vents work, but arent super powerful, but there is plenty of open air space and with all the grills on it never got smoky, but dont get me wrong you cant hide KBBQ smell. Vape friendly. Prices are good for their standard A, B and lunch, but the a la carte items are expensive. Service is good if its not crowded and just a hair slower when it is. These guys sure do fly around. Large party fee of 18%. Be sure you know what you ordered because the tickets are in Korean so trying to translate tables and items is difficult especially if people float from table to table. Lighting is good and the TV in the private room as a bit of a stage for karaoke, speeches, but its more used to stage the side dishes being brought out. It may not get quite as much fan fair as other KBBQ in the area, but to be its convenience, accommodations and service keep it as a strong contender area eats.

my favorite KBBQ spot : both close to home in GARDEN GROVE and with amazing meat. i have to say, ive tried a variety of kbbq places both near and far and this place breaks away from the pack. the meat just tastes of better quality here and even though its a little more on the expensive side (rounding up to about 18-20 dollars), its definitely worth it. incheonwon has great service that will always check up with you and will be prompt when you order meat, theyll deliver for you quickly and often times willl stay and help you cook and start you off. did i mention, they have ICE CREAM?!?!?! great for the price we pay. parking is abundant, there are plenty of spots in the front of the kbbq spot and in the back as well (you can enter both in the front and the back). definitely recommend this spot to you and your friends or especially a lover(if you know what i mean); great brisket, bulgogi, and very very clean. will be back soon!

I want so badly to give this place a fifth star, but I just cant. Let me start with the bad. We arrived at sort of a down time at 1:30pm for lunch. It took SO LONG for a table to be set and for us to be sat. It felt like 15 minutes though it was probably less, and in an open restaurant we were very surprised. Our first order was placed and we received exactly half of what we asked for. I waited thinking she would be right back but eventually we had to ask for it again. We received very little service unless our burner was empty. We never got our sides refilled. However, their redeeming aspect is that it got better. As time went on they became more attentive. The meat was good quality and delicious. I think their price is very fair, and although we had a rocky start, it ended as still a very delicious meal.

True neng myen (cold noodle) place serve beef broth and Mo Ran Gak got my vote for being authentic. I enjoy about 3 dishes at Mo Ran Gak. I like their cold noodles, both the water and dry and spicy ones. I also enjoy their galbi tang. I love how they use a quality cut of short rib, grilled it, then cut it up for you right before they dump them into your soup. I often like to order their KBBQ. Its not AYCE and you can see the difference in their meat quality. There are many korean restaurants that are opening up nearby Irvine but theres not even one that I consider a good Korean food. Mo Ran Gak is the closest and the best Korean restaurant that I enjoy coming back to.

So happy I finally got to try this place! For an AYCE kbbq joint this place is really great. My friends and I came here for dinner and we all went with the Dinner "A" for $16.99. They have Dinner "B" for $19.99 with more meat choices and stuff but A was good enough for us. They give you a good selection of side dishes and the meat was very good quality for AYCE. As other people have mentioned, the wait staff came by to check on us frequently, cutting up large chunks of meat, turning over stuff, and also changing out the grills without having to ask. Im so glad this place didnt let me down; the next time I want to get ungodly stuffed Im coming here!

I went there early with my girlfriend and it was one of the best thing ever. We were welcomed and our waiters took care of us, by taking care, i mean... They made us enjoy our food and our stay! It was like they welcomed us to their home. It was an amazing experience and the food was excellent! Obviously the meat depends to your liking, but the service was impeccable.

One of the best Korean BBQ places around! I love the ownership and how they maintain the cleanliness of the area!! The meat quality is also excellent! Even during busy times, they always take good care of their customers!! I have been a loyal customer for awhile and plan to be for the future. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

Didnt have a very good experience here. I was seated right next to the bathroom, even though the place was empty, our group mentioned to the waitress about the horrible smell from the bathrooms, instead of seating us some were else, they just sprayed a little air freshener. Food was okay, some of the meat wasnt very fresh and was quite chewy
