I have been stationed overseas for almost 5 years now and every couple months I call up and instead of getting an automated answering service and going through 3 or 4 options I get to speak to an actual person right away. They are happy to take my order and are up front with the need to ship priority because its an apo address but I am more than happy to pay the extra shipping because I have never been dissatisfied with a product from them and they are one of the few wholesome family companies left now a days. I will recommend them to anyone I meet and as long as Im stationed somewhere unique pretzels arent readily available I will be sure to keep ordering!

Been eating these pretzels for over 20 years. So glad to be able to buy them easily now that I live back in the Lehigh Valley. Nice little outlet store in Reading. Found a Flyers gift bucket filled with goodies. Lady at the counter was nice and gave me an additional discount and some future coupons since I bought so much.

Unique Pretzel outlet store in Reading is definitely a unique experience. The employees were friendlies caring and helpful. The pretzels are sold cheaper then a grocery store except for maybe Redners who discount all of their snacks. The pretzel and holiday gift selection was great.

I found your Pretzel Shells at Publix in Florida. Grabbed a bag just to "try em". I am Soo hooked now. I always loved super thin crispy darker pretzels. These fit the bill all the way. Thanks for a great product!

Tasted the flavored pretzel shells at the Pretzel Fest in Reading and cant find them anywhere but here. Love then!! Wish this store would expand their hours later. Staff was very friendly also.

Growing up in the Reading area meant growing up with really good pretzels. My absolute favorite are Unique splits. Always try to get some when were in the area. They are the best!

Love the pretzels but three times now I have opened a bag to find burnt, inedible pretzels. Feel like I am tak8ng a gamble and all I want is good pretzels. Not consistent!
