I will likely not be going back to TGIFridays, at least not this location. It had been a number of years since I ate here, and I wasnt exactly blown away by the food then to make the special trip out. My office recently relocated to SLP so I thought why not, food wasnt bad and its just down the road! One, I often take orders for our office for lunch. The fact there is no printable menu or prices online frustrated me. I just ordered for me, loaded potato skins. Nothing hard, pretty plain in the scheme of menu items. When i picked up the order I asked for a take out menu and was told I could find it online. I explained the situation about having everyone surrounding my computer to read off an online menu, that gives no prices. He said that dont make to go menus, as their menu changes too often, it would be a waste. So now the FOOD. The potatoes were very dried out and crunchy, the cheese was the absolute worst. It was processed and looked like it was maybe cooked, frozen then cooked again. It looked processed, texture, color, taste, all of it. It was gross. I pulled all the cheese off and ate the bacon and what I could of the "potato" dunked heavily in sour cream… Now it is clear why I never went out of my way to go back and why these locations seem to be shutting down. I actually took pictures but can not figure a way to post them.

So party of 10 we ordered apps, dinner and dessert... apps were cold, drinks were not maintained well my first glass was dirty, ribs were burnt, kids frys had so much seasoning on them they wouldnt eat them asked for none when order, chicken was dry and flat, potatoes were watery, broccoli was cold, it looked as most the food was put on a plate and tossed in your microwave, endless apps for a few people whom they didnt get what they asked for, waited like 10 mins for 3 potstickers or chicken with wrong dip meatball were horrible, our waitress was the only one working it seemed the two and the front door didnt open the doors like they use to got to watch them do hair and make-up in the kitchen doorway, table of employee almost right next to use had to ask them to find our server got an attitude the women rolled her eyes and smacked her teeth my grandma, endless apps and couldnt get it filled... use to come to this Fridays all the time next time we will go to another one this was horrible also everyone ended up sick within an hour of leaving

This was my second time going to this TGI Friday location. We made a reservation knowing it would be busy since it was Friday night. We got our table quickly, but that was the only good thing about the night. We had a party of 7, so we were putting down some money! They had no black tea which is what half the table wanted. Then it took over 45 minutes to get our food, while the waitress never checked up on us, or updated about why the food was taking forever. Someone from our party ordered soup and asked for it to come with the food, they brought it out 20 minutes before everything else, but we got the appetizer with our food. which we asked for before dinner. My husband and I both ordered burgers medium well, and his came medium well, and mine was very pink without all the toppings on the burger stated in the menu. Overall, it was problem after problem and I was very disappointed in their service.

I bit into a hard piece of metal, almost looked like a huge bobbypin (gross) which seemed to be embedded in my burger. It seemed as if it was literally placed there. I told the bar staff about it and they said they would pay for my burger. Kind gesture, however, my gf and I had a coupon for a B1G1 in which my burger initially was going to be free regardless. And in all actuality they werent doing anything that we couldnt do ourselves. We brought this to the attention of another bartender and told him what happened and we said wed be cool if he took off our two $5 apps because we had the coupon but he only took off $5 and acted like he did us a favor. $5 off for biting into a piece of hard metal that ended up chipping my tooth does not even make sense. We really enjoyed coming here, however after this situation was poorly taken care of we will not be coming back.

They were SLAMMED when I went so the food and drinks took a while to come out. I wanted to try a lot of the appetizers so I went with the sampler and everything was terrific. To be honest I did not expect the chicken wings to be so perfectly cooked, they were tender and moist and sauced very well. I would say expect going in to be surrounded by sitcom families, some of which may infuriate you with their complete lack of understanding of the menu or their talks of the good deal they got a store or how Jonny hasnt been calling his grandmother lately. All in all, great place that I would gladly give my money to again.

Fridays is one of my favorite chains because of typically solid staff, consistently good food and their Jack Daniels sauce. However, this location is constantly a disaster. The final straw was on Presidents Day night, they had 2 serves on, 1 host, and 1 bartender. Half the place was closed due to their staffing shortage. There was a significant wait time and when we went to sit at the bar the server in that area told us to "go back down stairs to get seated" in a rude tone. I realize their night must have sucked, but seriously, this management is incredibly poor. I will stick to going to the Bloomington locations.

Went there on Tuesday 3/15/2016 with my sister and family(8 of us) for her birthday. The hostess was not welcoming. We were seated 15 minutes before someone took our drink order another 15 minutes for the drinks to come. We immediately ordered our food and we waited another 30 minutes and had to ask if it was ready. The food came but the service was unlike any I have ever experieced. Needless to say we did not leave a tip which is not like us at all.

The server wasnt the greatest, it took a long time to serve us. Thank God they had free WiFi. The burger we ordered was great, however the steak we ordered came down out burnt. They replaced it but something that was over twenty dollars we really expected that to be perfect. Everything else was great. I would go back. I wouldnt order the steak again. And the free WiFi is. A plus.

st. louis park TGIF is awesome. But the bartender Mark....LBD....is the best bartendar ever. Hes not only the BEST bartender in mpls/st.paul area, but he is super funny, and cute. If you want great service and great conversation go to TGIFridays St. Louis Park! His favorite mn sports team is the Lynx! He knows all the stats!

The hosting staff greeted us immediately and held the doors while we entered. Smiles as well as conversation starters were great. Our server was exactly on with our appetizer, main entree, and dessert, while keeping our drinks filled and fresh. This location is very clean and has consistently been a great place to go! Thanks!
