Dont eat here you will be disappointed! Most of the seats in the booths have large holes in them and the general appearance inside the restaurant is shabby. Their salads arent fresh and come from a bag and are smothered in mayo. The dishes arent cleaned properly. My mug had lipstick on it from a previous customer. The sticky rice used in the California rolls was soggy and the Shreveport rolls I ordered that have fried shrimp were child meaning they didnt prepare the dish fresh but rather had it made earlier in the day or the day before and it came from the fridge. They dont serve alcoholic beverages and its been over a year since they have. Their menus still offer alcoholic beverages and so havent been updated in over a year. The toilets were dirty. I would suggest going to Sushigen on Line Avenue in shreveport. Their food is excellent and restaurant is very classy and seating is intimate. They also have an outdoor sitting area that is quite nice. They also serve alcoholic beverages too.

This restaurant was initially one of my favorites in the area, but clearly the current management is either absent or inept at this location. I am consistently getting poor service, slow seating, serving, and wait times, and food quality is definitely on the downward trend. You cant blame the waitstaff, they have a very high turnover and the manager is never there whenever we ask for him. Its no wonder nobody wants to stay to work there and the quality of service and product shows. The franchise ownership needs to visit this location and get rid of this manager who either doesnt care or is grossly under qualified for this position. My heart goes out for those working here as they do try their best, they just cant perform without proper leadership and training.

I just picked up my to-go order from Ichiban in Bossier City. I ordered the rainbow roll, the (appetizer) shrimp tempura, and steak fried rice (medium rare). My shrimp tempura looked, felt, and tasted like it may have been another customer refusal, after chewing the onion ring I had to pull the onion skin out of my mouth and the shrimps were very small, the steak was very chewy (rubbery) and over cooked, the rainbow roll had some type of substitute fish on it (not the type I usually get with the shrimp tail on it), the rice I must say was very good. All of my portions were less but the price were higher. This not so good meal coast over $27. Please check your TO-GO orders before you leave the restaurant....................

The steak is always cooked perfectly but more times then not the shrimp and chicken are overcooked. Much of the sushi tastes the same but the flavors are good enough. Some of the servers are okay but most are absolutely terrible. It seems whoever is in charge isnt really sure what theyre doing, since hes always running around the store doing work himself. Overall didnt like it. The prices were fine dining, but the environment and help were strait trashy in appearance.

Food is decent, but recently the quality has gone down and the price has increased :/ and they no longer serve clear soup, only miso (which no one in our family likes). Last time we went, they served our salads in fruit bowls that youd find in your grandmother s kitchen, which I found a little weird.lol

Awful. Down right awful. My drink was empty more than half the time I was there. Our waitress never came to check on us. Even the manager walked over and sat with the staff to talk and never bothered having them check on us or fill our drinks. Worst restaurant around.

I worked here for many years a long time ago and still eat at both locations regularly. I had started to get worried because the quality and service had begun to slip. But I was very pleased today! Food was great, restaurant was clean, and service was excellent!

This is my go to when craving good, reasonably priced Japanese food. The Miso soup is awesome. The service is always top notch and someone always welcomes you when you come through the door. For the price you cant beat it with a stick...chop stick that is.
