Our experience was quite different than the other reviewers. We order from Sarku a lot and they always let us sub the sushi roll in the bento box for an upcharge. This staff and manager were so blank faced and stubborn, refusing to sub or alter anything even for an extra charge. Then, they charged for each sauce, which no other Sarku does. So rude and ZERO customer service.

Been there twice. My first visit for take out was great. I was so impressed with the food that I went again for take out. Arrived home and eagerly opened food tray only to find that my chicken and shrimp teriyaki contained burned and over cooked dry chicken. I also ordered dumplings that were fried really hard. Very dissapointed.

Go elsewhere for good teriyaki and Asian food. The food tasted cheap and was flat-top fried in too much oil. Tables were messy and needed cleaning off. The area to get plastic silverware and soy sauce was empty in various sections. It also needed a cleanup. I wont go back.

Place was very clean and orderly. Food was good. Prices were a bit steep for the quality of food. Only complaint is that there should be more pescatarian friendly options. The imported canned drinks offered are wonderful!
