Pros: It is good, tasty pizza. I prefer it to any of the delivery options. Cons: Service and quality has deteriorated over the past few months. Twice in the past few weeks my order was not ready when promised. It actually wasnt even prepped when I arrived. I tried ordering verbally over the phone and online with the same poor results. The pizza itself was soggy and sloppy on my last order. The staff which used to be so friendly and efficient is now led (I believe hes the manager) by a rude guy with no customer service skills. He argued about my order time and ready time, he kept interrupting me, he kept repeating his same "argument" about how he was doing his job. Theres nothing worse than an arrogant service "professional" who doesnt listen to his customers and makes excuses for bad service. Behind him the workers looked uncomfortable about his arguing with me. I was ready to walk out, but I had prepaid and needed to get a refund. He just kept interrupting and being disrespectful to a repeat customer. I dont care how good a product may be, there are too many options in this world to deal with poor customer service. Whoever the short guy with black hair is, he shouldnt be leading this store. I wont go back, and Ill make sure word of mouth is shared so others dont have any service expectations at this location.

My new favorite Pizza place at a bargain price over my old favorite "Dough Pizzeria Napoletana". One price, build your own pizza. My husband had everything he likes on his half, I picked my half. We couldnt eat it all. Affordable, friendly, fast and toppings all the way to the edge of their perfectly cooked thin crust. You can double the crust with a layer of sauce and cheese in between then top it off as you like. Raspberry lemonade is a nice touch too. You can also build your own salad at one price too but I usually hit up Jasons Deli when Im in the mood for salad. We will be back. Shout out to my son for hooking us up with this place. It is everything he said it was. Help yourself to the take home box for leftovers. I like the boxes.

Nice atmosphere and dining area. The pizza crust is great, even all on its own! I think that says a lot. We got the Calexico and the Tristan and the Deluxe salad. Everything came out really good. The menu is fun in that you can modify any pizza with any toppings at no extra charge. Cant beat that! Prices arent steep either. The service was good, just a bit unorganized. I guess it was a little expected since they only recently opened. The pesto and buffalo drizzle were forgotten on our pizza, but the staff was quick to apologize and fix it. Keep up the good work! Well be back.

Just opened, build your own pizza. Thin crust without the crust. Toppings to the edge and lots of options. You start with your sauce; red, white, olive oil. Then you can get diced garlic or others. Then meats, I opt out to make more room for veggies. Lots of veggies to chose from. I picked sliced tomatoes, red onions, green olives, roasted garlic cloves, diced green bell pepper, they have red and roasted also, pineapple, cheese, cooked in very hot and quick oven and topped with your fav topping. I went with pesto.

They use those fake "compostable" plastic containers that must be taken to a facility to actually compost, a facility that doesnt exist locally. They cant be recycled and must be thrown in the trash, where contrary to popular belief, will not break down. The salad was good, but I will not be ordering it again because I dont like wasteful packaging. Really disappointed about that. However, the gluten free pizza crust is one of the best Ive tried and its cheap.

Well we normally really like mod, today however was a bit rough. Our original person taking the order was rude and very impersonal got an attitude when i asked him to repeat him self. Finally another employee took over and she was great. Then the wife was going out the door and held the door open for the same guy that was rude earlier and just brushed right passed her no thank you or anything. I appreciate the other employees here but this guy was the worst.

I came here once while on my lunch break and couldnt stay away, i come here pretty often, theyre very fast even when theyre packed. By far mu favorite place to get pizza its packed with flavor & doesnt give you that stuffes feeling. You can choose any topping all for the same affordable price. My only complaint is the girl with the blonde hair kind of heavy set at the register, she was very rude and rolled her eyes when i added a drink and a little cake.

Have you ever been at Chipotle or Subway or Salata and thought, "I love telling strangers what I want in my food, but Im tired of burritos or sandwiches or salad. What I really want is a pizza!" Then this is the place for you! Seriously, I love this place. Cheapish, super quick, and great tasting. The employees are a little intense, though.

My family and I tried this pizza for the first time tonight. Went to the Dr. Zavala location where Ariel took out order and made our experience a great one! Friendly and down to earth people working there. If youre ever in the mood for great pizza and an awesome company..this is the place and Ariel rocks!!

The service was great the first time I went but tonight there was a female manager that was rude to her staff and customers. She exudes negative energy, is unorganized, and doesnt have problem solving skills. The food was great so I wouldve given 5 stars if not for the service.

This place was great! The staff is very friendly and the pizza is SO AFFORDABLE. A mini is $5 and the other ones are still under $12, which is very affordable. You can put whatever toppings you want, for no extra charge. Very cute place as well. Definitely recommend.

Awesome place. We always loved Urban Bricks in the rim. Let me tell you this place blows them out of the water! The staff is amazing and the food is even more amazing. Its always fast and the atmosphere is perfect for any occasion!

Yum! I get exactly what I want! Call this one the "Heather" - white sauce and pesto with mozzarella, red onion, roasted garlic, asiago, feta, and have them drizzle the balsamic fig on top after cooking...mmmm

Its the "pick your toppings as you walk down the line" model (think Chipotle) for Pizza. Lots of great topping choices. After that they throw it in an oven to cook and its out pretty quick!

Fist time visiting. Awesome staff who made me a darn delicious pizza. As many toppings as you want, with great prices. The service was fast, friendly, and best of all; delicious.
