this is the second time I have eaten in the Gurney location. the first time was a bad experience the lines were long staffing was inadequate. I could have gone behind the counter and served it myself. I stayed away a few months and decided to try it tonight. There were 4 staff people on 2 cooking, one serving the food and one at the cash register I was 39 in line which was at 45 when I walked out!!!! I went up to the manager and asked to get more help upfront she looked at me like I had a third eye ball and could not answer my question. She had already had 10 complaints before mine but did nothing about it. If you treat your customers this way great I can take my business to a place where they take care of their customers. I would have rated this experience a -10 if I could have. Never again apparently they dont care if they lose business.

Ive attempted to eat here ten times in the past several years. On two occasions Ive experienced a reasonable wait time. Usually it takes 30min to get food and leave. This is the absolute worst Panda Express I have EVER had the misfortune of entering. I dont know if Panda Express the company gives a crap about its business. If so I suggest you replace whomever is in charge with someone, anyone competent. I doubt Ill ever return, but you may save some customers.

they may have improved the interior but the service is still poor and they prepare the food poorly. I found a long metal shaving in my food it was absolutely disgusting. i could have swallowed his and cut my throat and mouth up

Came in at 8:52pm they close at 9pm.(didnt realize) They where low on most items but Manager made us fresh food on the spot,. Took an extra 6 minutes to wait but it was worth it! Great Job. Friendly staff too.
