I could write a very long story explaining my reason for 3 stars, but I am not gonna. Here is a summary. 1) fountain drink machine was not putting out carbonated water. Fine. They let me have a bottle. Problem: bottle expired 2 months ago. 2) Ordered the dish with eggs, bacon, biscuit, sausage gravy, and potatoes. I asked for scrambled eggs instead of how it comes. The eggs tasted very odd and I could not eat them. Everything else was very good though. 3) There were ants under our table. 4) Despite my problems, I am giving 3 stars for what they got correct and how they immediately worked to correct my issues. Staff was friendly and fast service. I will not return because of my problem with food safety and how it relates to expired products.

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday when it was slow (approximately 4 tables occupied in the restaurant). I ordered a shrimp omelette and was given some burned scrambled eggs covered in whatever the cook prepared before my omelette... the eggs had that disgusting brown color from being cooked in a dirty pan rather than a clean one and they were scrambled and overcooked. To make matters worse, two random pieces of dried out burnt overcooked chicken were mixed into my omelette (no I did not order this)... seemingly this was chicken leftover from someone elses food they cooked before mine... it was even a completely different flavor. Absolutely disgusted, is how I feel after paying them ~$20 for that alleged omelette. Save your money.

Cafe EZ is a great spot thats a bit unknown. Its relatively new and many are confused since it used to be under the Cafe Mezcla moniker (which also exists in Columbia on Cedar Ln.). The food here is fantastic-- there are a ton of different options from sweet to savory dishes. There are plenty of beverage options as well from coffee to thai iced tea to different lemonades. Where Cafe EZ falls a bit short is the service. One of the workers is constantly yelling out order numbers unnecessarily loud and it takes away from a laid-back brunch. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great food! Original, creative dishes with tons of flavor and nice presentation. I havent eaten anything here that I didnt like, and I come all the time because I live right down the street. Its a small place and gets packed on weekends, but thats just part of the charm. Its very cozy!

Ive had lunch there twice now with a friend. She thinks her crepes are great and I havent tried them. I have tried a couple of their sandwiches (Mongolia cheesesteak and Cubano), which my rating is based on, and found them passable but nothing that would bring me back.

Absolutely delicious! Made to order crepes and drinks. Cozy fun environment. Fast and friendly service. The employees were happy to answer any questions we had and went out of their way to make sure we had exceptional service. I will definitely be back.

First time here. Staff very friendly and personable. The customers all seem happy and friendly. I ordered the curry chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I just wishes they would have warmed my croissant first, but NP, its still very good.

Small place, usually packed and for a good reason. Only ever had their breakfast food, but its never a disappointment. If you get a chance, look at the kids part of their menu (even if you dont have kids). Highly recommended.
