OK, where do I start? I would give the food 4 stars because The wings and the roll was good. I had Parmesan wings, Lemon Pepper wings and plain wings. The rolls were fresh and soft like butter. The food was good but the employees were extremely unprofessional. They should have more training with dealing with the public. They were walking around with crocs on and dirty green socks. It was extremely unsanitary. To add insult to injury while my fiance and I were sitting down eating 2 of the employees proceeded to pour Clorox inside of a bucket and start mopping while we were sitting down next to the mop bucket as if they were saying hurry up and get out . One of the females asked me if we were going to sit down and eat? I said yes we are. She waited until my fiance got up and walked to the counter and she asked him the same thing. They also didnt have ice inside of their machine and the wait was a little longer than I would like but it was fresh chicken and rolls so I will excuse that These little issues are enough to stop me from going back. Please get it together!! And get these people some training

The wing stops in New York are disappointing. The Harlem location is no exception. They are doing a poor job of producing the same quality that wing stops offer in other markets. In this location the wings were over cooked. They were hard and dry! The fries were even worse. They were stale and I didnt taste any of the the seasoning that usually makes wing stops gets delicious. Even the ranch thats usually made on site lacked the flavor Im used to. As someone who loves the wing stop brand, their expansion to the NYC market is a disgrace to their brand. They need to get some serious quality control at these locations or close them! I understand there are challenges with running a business in New York such as higher expenses but I would seriously rather not have one of my favorite chains here over having them here and the product being garbage. Im so disappointed.

They took 40 minutes to give me my food. Were making orders for people who called in and orderes o line before making food for the people who were standing there and had alreasy ordered befpre the online amd call in orders. 10 minutes after id already Placed my order they told everyone making new orders that they were out of bone in wings. The. 20 minutes later came out and told me they didnt have enuff wings for my order but had only enuff to make 8 and the other 8 would be boneless ams they would throw in 5 more and that it was done right then...10 minutes later i got my order it was all.boneless. highly disappointed. Even tho they were freshly open....it was like first day no.one know what they are doing.....manager was nice. And working hard

was told i had to buy 6 pieces of chicken because they were on sale as they are every week and than said they never serve 4 pieces but it is on the menu. the manager is a jerk that is misogynistic and need some damn customer service skills i hate the ownership and management and it keeps me from going into this establishment quite frankly they need to do something before it becomes more of problem . the customer is always right and they do not care about anything the customer says they even say that they dont care and get loud and nasty with you i seriously think there should be repercussions

This location has a management problem. The night manager (a middle aged white woman) is always screaming at the employees. The first few times I thought it was a fluke, but its been consistant over every time I have been in. This sort of treatment breeds resentment, and its why there was a 45 minute wait time this evening (and 20+ every other time Ive been there), even though its not that busy. This sort of treatment is demoralizing and breeds resentment. The stafd deserves better.

The night shift and manager serve up a completely different wing experience. At night, it is awful. Under cooked, rushed with the coating falling off--if they even bother to put the coating on. Tasted like microwave chicken not fried. Dont bother complaining about your food. Once they get your money they are not giving refunds. Management is condescending. I was told I got under-cooked chicken because I did not specify well-done.

The food is great, but they seriously need to change the night staff. I mean absolutely fire most of them. Very rude when the place gets busy and they begin to rush people. They begin cursing in front of customers and show that they do not want to be there at all. If they dont want to be there, then they shouldnt have taken the job in the first place. Hire new staff that makes customers want to come back to the place.

Hated it 1. Never ate at wingstop before so I informed the cashier there she suggested hickory BBQ however she did not offer me a sample to taste I didnt like it and ask if they could change it they made me wait 35min telling me why the could not change the order I then requested a refund at which time they decided that they would change the wings service was terrible never going to that location again.

The food was great, waited alittle too long for it but when it came it was good. The employees quite messy tho, I was in the middle of eating my Limon pepper chicken when one of the guys who was on his way to throw out the trash stop in front of me to ask If was gonna open the door for him?? As if I was some kind of doorman or something. Food was great but the workers are delusional lol

The Wingstop in Harlem, New York was not, by no means, a pleasant experience. My take out order was incomplete, which I didnt notice until I reached home. That caused me to return, via cab, to Wingstop. The order was corrected and no apology receive. I instead received rolling of eyes by a staff person. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THE WINGSTOP TO NO ONE. The service sucks. For real.

The mid age white lady needs to show some respect whenever she gets rushed or gets a long line she shouldnt be so rude with her employees sometimes she always looks panicked when she gets a rush she needs to be more relaxed and not let it show in front of customers the service is okay just need more practice Ill still come to this place they show me love here

Service was terrible the wait time was unbelievably bad over 30 mins then to be told I had to wait another 8 mins for rolls wow. The manager Lisa should consider another job her customer service was less then less she basically was no help at all her response was if you want it you have to wait. Will not be coming back to this wing stop again.

First time here, & Im currently standing in he store waiting on my order. Trying to figure out the menu. The guy is telling me carrots & celery is only included with the combo meal. Boy did he mean everything! Even charged me .99¢ for blue cheese! I couldve gotten 10 wings with all the fixings at atomic wings for the same price!
