This location has plenty of free parking but can be difficult at times to find parking during peak dining hours . We had a party of 4 and got to this place early for dinner . Once we entered we asked if we can be seated and one of the hostess said 2/3 of your party needs to be present. But since only 2 out of the 4 was physically there we could not be seated . Mind you all the tables directly in front of the entrance and bar seats was empty . And not even half of the remaining tables where occupied . So that said, we just wanted to start cooking earlier and get out sooner . We finally get our seats and 3 staff members introduced themselves that they can help us . So we were cool until when we started getting our food, different items started to come that werent our orders and our soup we had to ask 3 times about our soup . To top things off since we kept getting the wrong items , one of the lady servers said your 2 hour eating time is almost up. And since that area we were seated was reserved for a party of 25 we needed to kind of finalize our dining for that evening . So in this area there are many AYCE Korean BBQ places to choose from , and Ive gone to almost all of them . And never once did anyone tell us our time is up . So just a little suggestion, pay attention to what your customers order. Follow up with them and maybe you will do good . Alex was the one server that kept checking up on us and unfortunately was the one we kept asking wheres this order and we got this instead of that ect.

Worst Korean BBQ service i ever got in my life. My friend and i went to early dinner( around 4 30 pm) to avoid waiting time. There were not many people when we were seated, and waited more than 10 minutes to order. In the meantime, the server did not bring waters and grill fire was broken. Waited another 10 min for waiting water and somebody to fix the grill fire. Finally 2 managers came to the table and fixed the fire grill. In the meantime, the server did not come, still didnt bring waters and we wasted nearly 40 minutes while other tables are served timely. The thing that mad us was that I saw my table server was mocking us (They thought me and my friend cannot understand what they were saying behind the tables since we were Korean and Chinese, what a stupid, they should have brought water to us and fix fire grill while mocking us). As a Korean customer appreciating this restaurant, regardless of how tasty the food here, the manager and server should learn how to apologize customers and never fool international students!!!! 우리테이블 서버 담당자 였던분, 한국인이 나하고 중국인 친구가 영어 못알아 듣는다고 테이블뒤에서 비웃는거 절대 못잊을거다. 식당음식이 맛있는걸 떠나서 손님을 대우하는 기본 예절부터 배워라

SUCK! weve a party of twelve people for birthday party and forgot to made reservation. when we got there, therere 3 long tables in front of the restaurant with no people and they said they dont have sever to serve that 3 tables, weve to wait for inside table. its ok if they said so, but 5 mins later theres a party of 10 with reservation then they serve them to one of the long table Ive mentioned? they said no server before but now they have?? so we wait and wait..... people come in with 2,3,4,5 party....they all have table only our group feel so stupid stand there for more than 40 mins and still no table for us but there are still have 2 long tables in front of the restaurant empty??? WELL, make us so choice to leave and look for another restaurant.....well, they think theyre favor and dont care no matter who you are....either do I, theres lots of restaurant out there, theyre not the only one......................ill give a zero if there is.

Once you sat down the service is super fast. I guess the line at the door is long and they need people to eat and run. The marinated meats are ok, not the best seasoning I have tasted and not the best quality meat I had in an AYCE kbbq neither. The place made up the stars with hip decor and music. The while place is lit up with blue light. Smoke level is one of the better ones, slightly smokey smell on the clothes after but definitely no visual smoke in the dinning area. The "premium" steak and pork chop is a full size slap of meat, takes a while to cook. Even it is premium I would not do it again. Its really 3.7 stars but I cant give decimal stars.

Terrible service. Rude people right from the beginning with the exception of one person. Meat was mediocre. Never got my soup or drink. They made fun of me right to my face. I wouldnt have known if it wasnt for my girl who understood everything they said. They really dont like white people their. They are great at making you feel unwealcomed. Then when i came out to the car one off them was sitting on the his of my car talking on his phone. Then got mad when i asked him to get off. And me a dirty look and rolled his eyes at me and mumbled something at me. Acting like i was somehow inconveniencing him.

The Gen franchise is great, with Huntington Beach beach one of my favorite. However this location is probably the worst in the chain. Staff purposely asks if you need anything when the table is full of food, but when the table it empty there is no one to be found. Had to ask 5 times for more Kimchi....is there a shortage of that at a kbbq? Food was good, but of a lower standard from other locations in my opinion. May be sourced from the same place but the steak was tough and stringy and the pork belly was so over marinated that is was deep purple, even after being cooked. Disappointed.

Not your average Korean BBQ, but maybe it is once you strip away the moody lighting and trendy stainless steel bowls. This is a case of style over substance, where the dark environment (blue lighting belongs in clubs and police cars- its impractical anywhere else) and high booth walls encourage a good time with 4-6 friends, but at the same time, mask the pedestrian marinades for the meats and so-so service. Its a safe and "hip" place to experience your first Korean BBQ, but a venture to something more authentic is warranted afterward.

Got there kind of early for dinner with our company and there service staff was just slow. We would order stuff and the waiters would just forget it bring it an hour later. Our waiter brought all the dipping sauce and just left it on a table next to us, but never gave it to us. It wasnt until half way through that my group found out the sauces were for us. Redeeming grace.... The meats were good and the beer and hot sake was flowing. They just need better staff or more of them because this place is huge.

點來的肉是臭的 酸的,要求更換,服務生說不喜歡才說是臭的,態度不好! 找經理抗議,態度還好,可以接受! 但是另一位經理說:這肉就是這臭的 酸的味道,死不承認錯誤! 不知可否去衛生局抗議? 服務太爛了!

While following the hostess to our table, I slipped on a puddle and twisted my ankle. The atmosphere is very dark with party style lighting. When I told the hostess about the water, she said, "O, I saw that." She didnt bother telling any of us that there was water. To make sure no one else slipped, I waited for an employee to clean it up. There was no apology or any recognition that somebody could be seriously hurt.
