This is the first experience for me to eat here with my family. The food was fine, but the services was really bad. Maybe we didnt come to the right time, but the services seriously did a bad job no matter how busy they are. We known that we came in a busy time, but the first time they asked us to sit in, didnt provide any menu to us, therefore, we didnt know how to make order. we were confused because we didnt know if we need to order with the waitress or the carts will come around us. This dim sum is not as usual as others. Usually the cart go around and let us pick the foods we wanted, but this one is totally different. Because is our first time here, so we were really confused in the beginning because no one come to serve us within at least 10 mins, and more importantly, without menu. We try to get a waitress but they didnt even seem to notice us at all, without menu, or no drink. They kept serve others. Finally someone came ask for drink, and gave us hot water. After the hot water finally came, we kept awaiting longer till someone given us the menu. We tried to reach several waitresses but none of them seemed to care. This is very rude to us, I mean we are the customer, at least you should be happily serve to us, but all their faces looking mad and something bad happen in that day. They serve food also really really slow, and the one we wanted they said it was out, so we didnt order more even though we wanted to. The other thing is that when the food finally came, we asked the waitress to cut the bun for us, then she quickly asked the other guy to do it. What the...I DONT GET IT. YOU HAVE THE scissor near you why couldnt you do it for us? Im not sure if this just happen to us, or we came in the wrong day. Overall the food was fine, but we probably not going to go back anymore. They should at least give us the menu as they taken us in the sit, then we know what to do. we have been confused for 20 mins and no one come to us.

Came here for a graduation dinner catering 4 tables. Service was reasonably good but food was is very much average for a banquet dinner style restaurant. Honestly if youre here for the food alone, I would argue going to a local Chinatown restaurant because most of it is under flavored, even the sweet soup in the end is near water in taste. Chicken tasted overcooked or refrigerated and reheated, Watercress was slightly old and Fish Belly Soup was rather tasteless. Abalone and Seabass were the only dished that were reasonably cooked. For beverages, they asked us if we wanted soda and Apple cider as they were going to charge us $15 uncorking fee for our own bottle of $6 wine. My brother went ahead with it and the 2 liter coke came up to $10 per bottle. I certainly cannot recommend this restaurant for either service or food especially at over $400 per table of 10 when Green Island can do it at $66 per table of 10. Though it may not be a nice restaurant like ABC Seafood restaurant provides everything else and better.

Went for lunch my mom, my brother and his tween for dim sum. The sweet rice dumplings were good and without the cursed dried microshrimps that some restaurants like to put in them. The soup dumplings (xiao long bao) the metric of any dim sum or Shanghai restaurant were sad things cooked in mini tart tins, had too much ginger and no detectable soup. The beef chow fun (wide rice noodle) was excellent with tender beef that was still thoroughly cooked (a combination not always easy to find). Even though it looks like there are roaming carts, theyre just the delivery system, you must order everything off of a checklist menu which removes some of the expected ambience from a dim sum place.

This restaurant is close to my work, and I ordered lunch take out from there occasionally. The food is ok but the woman who takes the take out order is RUDE. Last time I was there, she charged me for a wrong order even before I told her what I wanted. I corrected her in time but she yelled at me and refused to change the order for me. She could have simply changed the order instead of treating a customer unprofessionally. I decided not to go there again unless the owner replaces that employee and improves service to customers.

We ate the New Year eve dinner there and food were not as good as before and when the last sweet plate shall arrive they told us there were no sweet left they are all gone - How can a restaurant come up short of sweets treat at the end of a special eve dinner ? ! They are a restaurant with full kitchen Right ? ! so we end up with no sweet after the special new years eve dinner,a big disappointment , especially for the children and parents that brought them there for treats.

Found tthis place with google map when traveling and had unexpected delay. Excellent variety on the menu -much more than seafood. Good range. Of prices. When you walk in you see lovely fresh seafood. Very lively but not in my budget for now. But if. You want fesh seafood dish this is worth trying. Quality of my cho fun was excellent and priced reasonable given huge size. Plenty for twoweeks people. Lunch tommorow forthe me!

Used to be my favorite dim sum place in the Bay Area but its now changed. They no longer come out with carts so you have to order off the menu which isnt as exciting. That aside, the food quality also got a lot worse. Out of the 6-7 items we ordered last time, most of them were either too greasy or cold, or lacking in flavor. Very disappointed.

Service was poor. We waited forever to get our first plate of food and all we got was a small bowl of salty peanuts. We eventually got our food, but we were missing an order of fish. We asked if it was ready; the waiter checked on it but it wasnt ready after about 15 minutes. We gave up on it, paid, left, and never came back.

Really good dim sum =) Anything with beancurd skin is great! The mango prawn roll was juicy and tasty, even though we could not really taste the mango. The custard bun could do with more custard too but the bun was soft and fluffy, and the filling was awesome. Not a fan of the tea marinated chicken.

Went here for the first time and had Dim Sum. It was pretty good. I recommend the pot stickers, shrimp dumplings, duck, Chicken buns, pork and shrimp dumplings....All were pretty good...And if your feeling adventurous go for the chicken feet....I didnt try them but the people I went with likes them

bad service, ordered a sea cucumber dish, it took 1 hr to get here after we have paid the bill, it looked nothing like a good sea cucumber. had to argue with the manager to get them to take it off the bill. dim sum dishes are poorly made, dough is too soft for the stuffing.
