This place has some of the dumbest, most rude employees Ive ever come across in a "fast food" service. After waiting in the drive thru for 25 mins the lady explained that some of our orders food was ready and if we wanted to wait. I told her we had already been waiting 25 mins to which she made a comment about her current work position and the struggles going on. We decided to leave after her snide remark. I attempted to call a manager only for her the same drive thru girl to tell me she was a manager. To then she tried to argue to justify herself being in the right for the comments she made. Then after arguing she passed the phone off to some random man that also claimed to be a manager. He apologized, claimed 3 people quit on him and then hung up. Ive never dealt with such stupid ass holes before in a chain restaurant.

Terrible experience. Staff was completely disorganized, they didnt have half the entrees stocked, and one gentleman was waiting 20 minutes+ for his food. I switched my entrees to ones they had available, but then the lady taking my order screwed the plate up, they pushed the people behind me in line ahead of me, ran out of food that I ordered, and then expected me to be okay with that. Will be following up with management about my experience.

I would give his place a 0 if I could. Wasnt feeling well, went here because I wanted something fast, and because I had my baby in the car. I literally waited about 40-45 minutes for my food. My toddler was so fussy by the end of the wait and this food is not even worth all the inconvenience. Never going back there again. What a waste of my life.

great food but terrible service. all three of the ladys who helped me and my family today were terribly rude and acted like they were rushing to get us out. every time i was trying to tell them what i wanted they interrupted me to talk to someone else. first time dealing with these ladies, all the other times i had great service.

I have never had any issues with panda express. Their portion sizes are perfect food has always been good. One of our favorite places to eat. I just wish they would stay open later on Friday and Saturday nights. The staff have always been cheerful and friendly every time Ive been there and can say that I go quite often.

Let me start by saying that this is the first review, I have ever written, for any restaurant, ever. I have been to this location 5 times and they have messed up my order every single time. The staff are very rude and unpleasant as well. I dont see this business lasting for too long in Valdosta.

Really good chinese food at reasonable prices - this location is mainly a drive-through but there is seating inside. The only issue I have is the upcharging for certain items but I suppose that is inevitable since the menu is mainly fixed price. All in all a great, fast meal...

The wait time is sometimes a little long but thats mostly because they stay busy... If I go when they arent too busy then things move quite smoothly... Portion sizes are ok for me & I love when the teriyaki chicken is fresh. The staff are polite and I enjoy visiting...
