Cafe Bello is our "go to" Italian restaurant. A short drive from Jersey City is well worth it. The food is always great . They always accommodate (my annoying) off the menu requests. My favorites are the Chicken Giardeniera grilled ( instead of breaded) with no onions and sautéed calamari in FraDiavola sauce with cherry peppers. The bar pies are the best. As close to what we ate in Italy that we can find. The Margerhita is our choice. Specials everyday although we almost never partake because we have everything we want, on and off the menu. To top it off, the waiters are pros and so are the Bar Keeps. The owners are always present and make sure we feel at home. And we do !

In my opinion the best italian restaurant in Bayonne. Atmosphere is great, food is second to none. You dont get a tremendous amount of food, but what u do get is a quality meal. Nice little bar for u to wait at to be seated. Order a bar pie at the bar prior to being seated for your meal, it wont disappoint. Only downside is tables are pretty close together, but the food and service make up for it. This restaurant is a must for a special occasion with a loved one.

We went there for mothers day and my wanted to change our seats. The owner was not nice to my wife at all . there were empty tables for us to sit at.my family did not want to be seated in the corner. My family will never step foot in that restaurant ever again. I guess because we sre not regular customers he doesnt care about our business.

Excellent Restaurant across the board! Great food, Fantastic Cocktails, and Superb Service. Cafe Bello is the place to be on weekends as it has a cool bar / lounge area. Perfect for 1st date or just going out to enjoy some good Italian wine. Theres also a semi private room too. Its very affordable as well. Go! you will be glad you did!

Small intimate place. Absolute top notch meats & ingredients cooked to perfection. Try the Filet, best steak I ever had, they also have a brick oven on premises that pumps out great pies. Great service & fresh seafood, just a great eaters place.

Food too rich and prices a bit too high. They need to develop a lactose intolerant menu to get my vote. There is very little I could eat on the menu but atmosphere is pretty, not lactose intolerant friendly though.

They offer free bread and roasted garlic bread as an appetizer. The spicy sausage pizza is very good. The food is prepared fresh and the staff is great. Overall, a great small cafe in Bayonne.

Cozy place with delicious & exotic Italian food thats not easy to find in the US. The servers give it their all when taking care of customers. Its a little expensive but worth it.
