I arrived with my family of 5 (myself included) and we got a table pretty quickly. Went to go sit down in a booth off to the side and the first thing I notice is the seats are dirty and they forgot to wipe down our table and the overhead lamp was super bright my daughter kept complaining about how bright it was it was giving her a headache, when I asked if the light could be turned down the waiter gave me a snarky no and rolled her eyes while chewing some gum with her mouth open. I let all that pass because we were hungry but after we had finished ordering for the wife and kids the waiter still gave us a B-attitude and walked away, when I asked her to comeback because I forgot to order something she just waved her hand over her shoulder and kept walking. Next thing I know my youngest son starts to cry and weve been waiting for 40 minutes at this point not even the waiter shows up so I take him to the bathrooms which are about as clean as a cake in cat litter so we hurry out and I see the waiter starting to bring us our water, I was pretty pissed off now so I said "F IT" out loud you know, to get everyones attention and just stormed out of there with my family. Mcdonalds is better than this restaurant, dont eat here."

I went there for dinner with my friend. We ordered boneless wings, loaded wedge fries and cheese curds. I asked for ranch and blue cheese. When I got it i begin to use it for my food when my friend pointed out that there was a piece of PLASTIC in my blue cheese. I asked to speak with a manager and the manager DAVID advised me that PLASTIC is not a hazard and it prolly came from the bag. He did not even offer me another blue cheese container. I am food and sanitation certified and I know that is a hazard. I will be contacting their upper management if no one gets back to me. BEWARE THEY ARE FEEDING PEOPLE PLASTIC THATS NOT A HAZARD!!!

This was my second trip to this location and my first trip wasnt so pleasurable. However this time around I called in ahead to have my order ready by 2:30 and when I arrived, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes...Now clearly I was annoyed, but a gentlemen named Justin saw me as I looked agitated and asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited. Something so small like that made me feel valued and is the reason why Im giving this review. Thanks again Justin, youre the man

manager /supervisor on duty told us the over head spot lights over the tables could not be turned down nor turned a different direction so it wasnt blinding us while we sat at the high top table. we moved to a four top handicapped table with less lighting. very disappointed with this ladys answer. i will not go back. the food was cold. please get your bww establishment up to franchise and corp codes in regards to food quality and taste.

Was out shopping with my family and decided to stop in and have a bit to eat.....got seated pretty quickly but after that it was downhill ..chairs were sticky..the staff held a full 5 minutes conversation in front of us like we werent standing there...after raising my hand we finally got her attention...everything I asked for was either not the way I wanted it or cold and soggy like my vegetables...very disappointed BWW

Been there twice. First time it took 45 minutes to get my food and the waitress got really mad when I complained, Im really patient about food service but this was over the top. Second time couple waitress were fighting right in front of my table and cuz of that nobody was Taki g my order, then when they finally did it took about 30 min to get my food. Terrible service!!!!!

I didnt get a chance to let the manager know but this is my brother and best friends hang out offer a good game ball, this place is awesome good beer, good food but the service its even better, I specially like to thank Destiny and Gabriel they are awesome and the service is great! You should ask for them to service you, and make sure to give them an awesome $$$.

The waiters are complete assholes... Btw if u get a waiter named Alex, I advize u to leave right away because he purposely ignored us when we asked for a fork and dropped our food at the table on purpose and gave us SOO much attitude. It also took us 1:30 to get our food. This Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant is ridiculous and outrageous. Never get alex as a waiter!

I ordered Thai curry wings, but chicken was total worst.. I never experience this much worse in any of the other buffalo wild wings..not even one Wings I seen in that medium size order, and sause is not fully spread in that food. So I requested them to dip properly, after they did but not in nice manner. Chicken quality is very very worst. NOT PREFERABLE.

TERRIBLE SERVICE My boyfriend and I ordered hamburgers. My burger was missing a bun and fries. Waited an additional 20mins and when they brought me a bun instead of remaking it correctly and accommodating me they brought the bun on a saucer and asked my boyfriend and I do you need a to go box? Smh just terrible.

Staff very friendly,. Restaurant clean, food good, promotions fun and host a lot of fun. The only problem is the food comes out slowly. Even when there are not many people here. Tonight was pretty busy for a Monday and I think they were a little under staffed, the manager helped a bit, but still a little slow.

Hardly ever any waiting to get a table. Service depends on the crowd there is, during big games you can expect to wait 10 to 20 mins extra but still great service. The food has always been warm when brought to us and waitresses do a good job making rounds checking in on you.

Great quiet spot on a sunday night! Me and My girlfriend went a while back and got seats and food quickly......although the last time we didnt get seats because of the UFC fight and no one was leaving.....Honestly theyre entitled to their seats but I love it there

This location is nice, but has pretty crummy customer service. Constantly messing up orders every time I come and taking forever to take the check. This last time was the last straw, there were spiders on my table. Good food, but that was disgusting!

Love the wings, but at this location, they got our pickup order wrong 4 out of 5 times. They sideways make it right in the end though. But weve had the wrong sauce, the wrong quantity, the wrong order...

Im not the biggest fan of BWW, but I like it because I can watch the games and still bring my kids. Always a plus! On this visit it seemed like it server gave up on us, but no biggie. Its a busy place.

We got boneless sweet BBQ wings for an appetizer, and they werent good. Didnt taste like normal good wings. And the cheese curd bacon burger wasnt anything special. Disappointing
