I just came back from a 7 year work trip in Texas so I could be flawed with this post but the Pho broth was on point! It was cooked just right. The large bowl was a perfect size if your hungry and the rice plate with pork chop was so delicious. I also got spring rolls but you could tell they were premade so the the rice paper was kinda hard. The three bean drink was delicious as well. At first I thought the customer service was sucky because he wasnt very talkative but after noticing children come in and him greeting them with candy and a cheerful smile I was swayed to believe he was a great guy. Definitely coming back again.

The food here is simple and clean and the service very average. I have tried the beef pho, vegetarian pho and the chicken and rice and there was nothing to knock my tastebuds out. The bean sprout, lemon and herb plates (that accompany the pho) are less than exciting, with skinny pieces of lemon and no fresh chili to be seen. Portions are large so if you are really hungry then this joint is perfect.

Convenient lunch break. Co-worker and I visit this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant for a quick and quiet lunch. My colleague tells me that they serve certain noodle dishes not commonly seen in most other Pho eatery. nothing fancy. But if you need to look for something different in Foster City, you should come here and try.

I come here before taking my dogs to the Foster City Dog Park by the water. Its pretty good and prices are decent. Food is consistent and portion size is good too. I order the chicken pho. Lots of white meat chicken pieces that are tender and delicious. This is my go to place when I am in Foster City.

Great place to eat after a long day of work. My friend and I are from the military and get out to eat on pho places all the time. He recommended this to me any time if I would visit him in San Mateo. Not to mention the Staff is very young and courteous, maybe only cuz we both were in uniform.

people operating this restaurant need to go to a safety food handling training. We had diarrhea the first time we tried this place and we thought maybe it was just a coincidence so we tried it again. Sure enough, the food caused us diarrhea again. Otherwise, the food is ok.

My cousin took me to this place and I felt it was very clean, staff is nice. I had the #6 and my cousin had the #10 pho. There were many differently types of beef in the pho, and the broth is very good. Its also conveniently located in a little plaza near the 99 Market =)

Basically inedible. I came here after the recommendation of a friend and they are no longer a friend. we had "spicy" Noddles which looked great but had no flavor. I ordered beef and was given a pile of disgusting fat trimmings. Ill post a picture. it was awful.

Just brutal. The bowl of noodles & beef that I ordered could have easily been served up on Fear Factor. The "beef" was basically just cartilage of some sort bathing in a an oily broth. Not only was the food awful, the service was sub-optimal as well.

Good pho with solid ingredients and a nicely executed broth. Service is prompt and friendly. I enjoy this place a lot more than Pho Little Saigon on Norfolk. Its not as busy, but the quality is noticeably better.

Not bad, but service can be a bit slow, and sometimes things are forgotten or wrong. They dont do a traditional drip coffee. But I always like Vietnamese food, like the fried chicken or crispy spring roll pho.

A good place for a work lunch. Service is quick. Menu is simple. Quality is good and prices are around $10, and mostly below that. Get noodles or a rice plate and youll be satisfied until dinner.

Fairly decent all around, except noodles were not springy. The Tai Gan only included tiny pieces of tendons, and there werent much. Pay at the counter.

Good pho and a very clean establishment. Would not recommend their iced coffee, as its not the standard Vietnamese drip coffee.

The only Vietnamese restaurant in Foster City. Was pretty cheap but looks like prices raised. Still a good place for Pho.
