The food at this place is amazing. We split the vegetarian thali with roti and the idli appetizer dish. Its not the best Indian food Ive had but definitely makes to the top list. I would go back for more. The only thing I would suggest that the restaurant work on is the service speed. We arrived around 12.40 pm, there were a couple of busy tables, but most people left by 1.20 pm. However, the servers were slow albeit being very friendly.

Good, inexpensive Indian restaurant serving up a wide variety of dishes. This is a second branch of the one in Foster City. We got the butter chicken, saag daal and the tandoori chicken, the typical Americanized Indian dishes. Everything was tasty, the butter chicken was slightly on the sweet side. Next time I will definitely try their madras chicken and other dishes.

I do not understand the 4.2 stars that this restaurant has. I made the mistake of taking my colleagues here. Everyone had stomach problems. The dessert (gulab jamun) was below par. The sambar was unbelievably bad. Comimg from an Indian - The food does not deserve anything over 2 stars.

Dont judge food by the restaurant appearance. This one has amazing dishes and thrilled to taste briyani like I used have in Bangalore. One of the best food in the recent. Madras coffee is powerful finish!

This is probably the best Indian food Ive had in a LONG time. This review is for the lunch buffet and it was extremely good. Overall, the experience was a good one. Nice, decor, friendly staff.

The restaurant is bigger than its foster city counterpart. Id recommend Foster City location for take out orders though. I believe that location offers cheaper rates for same menu items.
