My family members, friends, and colleagues have and do frequent the Willows Restaurant because it is one of the best experiences in town. The prices are more than fair, the food is almost always delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly concerned that diners enjoy themselves. Twelve of us dined there last night and every single person in this rather picky crowd raved about The Willows. We did give Willows management advance notice to expect a large group and as a result every staff member was prepared to seat and serve our party. Im sure that each diner in our group will return to enjoy The Willows; I know I will. I want to thank Leonard and Miguel and the other Willow staff members for helping to make our evening enjoyable.

Been going to Willows for years and always sit at the same table. I know that they borrow some food items from Eagles Buffet, and its okay most of the time. However, recently I ordered the fried fish and mashed potatoes,... whew the potatoes stank (old) really bad and the fish was also old or stale (freezer burn). Surprised the server didnt recognize the smell and appearance. I was polite, said nothing, and ate about half because of starving. This was a one time occurrence, and Ill go back to try again while not so hungry. If it happens again, you can bet Ill roar about it like theres no tomorrow! Will try the fish and mash potato combination, come back and edit this review either way, but with hopeful results!!

Hi Julie. Ive been coming to Willows longer then youve been workimg there. You need to learn how to speak with clients and how to have customer service. Get it together. Rest of willows staff this doesny concern you. Thank you for the hospitality.

This is a restaurant not a buffet. Really good food. Very good service. Not a funky casino food place at all. We loved our booth in a circle of booths...very comfortable place to have a comfortable meal.

Terrible. Overpriced garbage food that would be foolish to pay for unless you have one of those reward vouchers for pathological gamblers. Thats the only folk that would waste time in this buffet.

Casino AZ is a monumental ripoff. If you are a mega loser, clown, or smoke 5 packs of cigarettes at day, this is the prefect place for you. These Indians should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

The website tells very outdated information. The staff was also lacking in the information department a they (5 different employees) didnt know what the buffet is serving.

Eagles Buffet has grea unlimited Crab legs on Wednesday and Thursday! I only go ther because they are always so nice to met they always ask if I need anything! :)
