Well where do I begin... The woman on the phone when i called was almost completly incompitent making me repeat all my information 3-4 times. When the delivery driver showed up and gave me what he said was the wrong order, took it back then gave me another order. I took it inside and realzed everything was wrong. so i ran out and told him it was wrong, the original order he had was ours however they butchered that. the wings portions were half the size of the other (supposed to be the same) my cheese pizza was a gross bacon and onion calzone, if i can even call it that. (sorry if you were missing a calzone on tuesday night) Then theres a knock at my door and its the driver who spoke little to no English said he wants the calzone back, and i asked if he had my pizza, which he didnt. So he calls the geniuss back at HQ in his native tounge and says i can keep the calzone but not pay for the pizza, then the driver refuses to give me money back. so i didnt get anything free, and am stuck with a gross bacon and onion calzone which was all onion. How does that work, so in the end they just screwed me over to get out of a situation where they embarressed and had nothing to offer in compensation. The actual food was terrible, service terrible and IQ of employees is terrible. This place sucks.

Its funny because I order from here all the time. I never have any complaints about the actual quality of the food. I work in a franchise, and I know how it works. Its hard to deal with customers. But my boyfriend paid with MY last 40$, and we ordered a pizza and a grinder, totaling 20.06 cents and he checked his pockets (after having a good conversation with the driver because he used to work for a similar pizza delivery company) he only had 5$. Which is MY hard earned money. He was supposed to get 14 and some change, after giving him a 4.something tip. So he called the manager and he hung up on him. From someone who understands if it wasnt a big deal it wouldnt be a problem but it is. Its a struggle now, life isnt what it used to be. 15$ gets you alot these days. And for us to treat ourselves and then to be treated so disrespectfully hurts. They took our 10$ so just check your money before they leave please. Because odds are they wont believe a word you say when you call them back.

Ordered from here on 07/6/17 for a work luncheon and got it delivered after we all ate a few hours after all the employees got sick and I called and spoke to the employee who was completely RUDE! He first hung up on me then I called back and I was like you hung up on me he denied it. I told him how all the employees are sick and he said the food wasnt from them! I gave him the job address and he said yes he delivered at lunch so it cant be from them we all ate something else. I told him am not here to argue he all u can do is apologize he said he wouldnt because he is not responsible and became very rude and denied it delivering the food. I always drive by here but I will never order from here again!

Ive been here about 4 or 5 times, mostly Ive ordered plain cheese pizza (they have a 2 for $12 deal), and it was hot, delicious, and cheap...What more could you ask for? I have also ordered a few of there appetizers, In my experience Ive gotten potato skins, buffalo tenders, mozzarella sticks, and broccoli & cheese balls. I would highly recommend the mozzarella sticks and broccoli balls, but the potato skins and tenders werent wonderful, they were my wifes idea (lol) and I didnt expect much anyways. Overall, I would recommend Fastway to anyone who wants good cheap pizza!

My mother and I had decided to order out, and wanted to give this place a shot. Worst decision weve ever made, DO NOT bother with this place. They completely mixed up her sub sandwich, and burnt the cheese pizza I had gotten, not to mention it took them 40 minutes to deliver it. When we called them back, it took us nearly 10 times to get the information through to them. They gave us another pizza and sub free of charge, but again they messed up. Her sandwich had zero mayo, zero oil, was completely dry! Their pizza is far to greasy as well. Complete waste of money!

Hi I order fastway all the time I LIVE 5 MINUTES TOPS AWAY if I could GIVE THEM 0 STARS I would off the last experience I ordered at 7:45pm to get a notification of delivery guess what i didnt recieve any pizza and I callwd at 8:00pm to get told the driver is on the way to call again at 9:00pm to get told the order was never placed. Ive never been more disappointed in a restaurant in the worcester area. Especially considering I order at least 2-3 times a week and the apartment strip 7-10 times per week. We are all disappointed to say the least.

Do not order from this place, the food is not good at all and if u dare put in a $40 order they will have the whole order wrong (not good with large orders at all) Then to top it all off when u call to tell them they say (what do u want us to do?) I wanted the correct order made but got refused so took everything back for a refund and the manager used word games on me like (cold means not toasted) and other ones, you are wasting money if u order here :(

I order from Fastway often and Ive never had a problem with any of the food. The prices are outrageously cheap! Ive had no complaints. Food is always good. Remember, this is a pizza and subs joint...Please dont complain if you order wings and there gross...Its kind of like ordering Chicken from a seafood place and complaining its bland or ordering pizza from Subway...It cant end well. Stick to the pizza and subs and its great.

Terrible customer service starting from owner. Salad was brown as if it was in the fridge for days. The pizza isnt always cooked through. The staff speak rudely and called customer stupid is portugués over the phone while customer was ordering. Need to get lessons in training effective communication. Will be bringing my business to blue jeans pizza they have way better salads and know how to value there customers business.

Steak and cheese calzone was wonderful! Cheese pizza sucked. Tried it on two occasions. My testing has confirmed: the sauce is the culprit. Terrible tomato sauce on the pizza. Tastes like the juice that falls out of garbage trucks when they do that trash compression thing. Otherwise, steak tip dinner is delightful and also available as a salad. Appetizers are average. Subs are good too.

Ive been living in the area for 7 years and have had the run of whats available for delivery places. Fastway not only lives up to its speedy name but theyre easily the best pizza you could ask for; crust is just the right amount of crispy and chewy with the right flavor, and they typically do the toppings justice. When I have a craving I call Fast way.

Use to order it all the time. My bro today woke up with food poisoning and has been vomiting all day. Called up and talked to the manager and he was a complete jerk and said it was impossible that they could have been at fault. Never ordering from this dump again.
