As someone with food allergies, I am very communicative with whomever takes my food orders. After reading online that some locations offered gluten free buns, I double checked at the counter with an employee upon my arrival. She looked slightly confused, but after some heavy clarifying, told me yes, they can accommodate. I took a minute to decide on my burger, and got a different employee when I placed my order. I ordered a burger with no cheese, gluten free...was very clear about allergies, and he seemed responsive. When our order was brought out, mine had cheese. I inspected, determined it was far too melted to safely remove. He stared blankly, and didnt seem to understand the problem. I again, explained I am allergic and need it remade. Before he left, I covered my ass, reminding him it also needs to be gluten free. He said ok, and a minute later, a third employee came out to clarify and investigate the problem. This is when I found out they dont even have gluten free buns!!! Thank god they messed up on the cheese so I didnt find myself shitting blood, or hospitalized. These people are idiots, dont eat their food. Boo.

The worst place to eat ever they took my order and they gave me it wrong the cashier decieded to take the order how she want with out me telling her. . . The manger "Chris" came to my table and instead of fixing the problem he made it worst he was so disrespectful . . . Its not my fault if the lady was having a bad she cant take it out on coustmer . . . Your guys sign is wrong your not hiring friendly employees your hiring unfriendly and disrespectful employees . . . I rather go to another apollo burges instead of this one. . . Fiind better employees that can actually respect your coustmer!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the taste of apollos it is just delicious and not expensive at all. What i disliked about this place was that the employees were just throwing stuff to their kitchen floor. Like the veggies they didnt use and plastic bags. Receipts and such. And after a little bit a chola style girl started swiping everything around. I mean first of all having so much trash makes little pieces of food stay after cleaning and so like insects like roaches and mice serve them selves out of that. Or even while swiping the dust might get into the food they are making. Not my favorite location

The stupid el Nino workers couldnt understand English if it hit them in a head with a baseball bat. I ordered a simple shake 1st out of the group of 10 I came with. What happens? I get it LAST. And that wasnt even until after I went up and told them. Then when I get it, there is like a pound of freaking whip cream on it. Maybe its because they are just stressed because they dont want to get deported. Or maybe its because it is so hot in Mexico that they dont know what ice cream is. Either way, this experience sucked. Oh, and taxation is theft.

I generally like Apollo Burgers. I especially like their Golden Turkey sandwich, probably one of their bests. The other night I decided to try their onion rings and was sorely disappointed. They were cooked far too long which ruined the potential flavor they would have had. I remember this restaurant being so much better when I was younger, and its sad that I cannot match those memories with the last few times Ive eaten here.

This place fits on the upper end of the fast food catigory. Expect about $7 per person for burgers that are consistently better than McDonalds, McDonaldsbut not as good as Red Robin. They deliver the food you order to your table after you order it up front, and have a drive through. Wait is usually about fifteen minutes during peak hours for a dine in meal, but it can be noisy if you catch them at the wrong time.

They actually cook the burger orders as they come in, and they are never overdone. Its refreshing to get a burger fast that hasnt been in a warmer and needs to be microwaved back to life. The fried zucchini is tasty, and i love being able to get rice pudding from a burger place. My one issue is that some of the food is frozen rather than fresh but its fast food.

8/8/2009. Did a take out. Did not get all my food. My fault for not checking. But why cant they get it right all the time? Then I called to complain and got someone who could not help me and she talked to Manager with no resolution. Then was put a hold too long waiting for Manager, never talked with them. I would go to a different one or expect bad service.

Its really a hit and miss experience. My burger was fine not fantastic, edible though I mean definitely better than my wifes ten fold. The fries are probably the best thing going for this location. The onion rings looked as if they were cooked in old or dirty oil I e personally made better rings at home and Im a novice.

Onion rings were overcooked, borderline burnt! Tables, booths, chairs, windows, practically everything was filthy, even the ice despencer. Lettuce and tomatoes were sitting out in the open with flies everywhere. The lettuce on the burgers wasnt green, it was the white chunks from the bottom of the lettuce head.

Save yourself and just go to crown burger. Went to apollo tonight and our steak sandwiches were so overcooked they were difficult to eat, fries were soggy with grease and room temperature. And the $5 order of fried mushrooms that i ordered but never recieved probably would have been disapointing too.

Not Crown burger but fills the craving. Employees need to learn to speak and or speak up. I had direct interaction with 3 employees, two wouldnt even look me in the eyes let alone acknowledge me. Id say thank you and not even a grunt or smile. Is this place that miserable to work at?

I love Apollo Burger for solid burgers, gyros, shakes, fries, onion rings, and more! They also serve breakfast, and Ive never been disappointed with quantity or quality of the food. The service at this location is good. No complaints here! Good food and lots of it.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! They have the best hamburgers,the best consistency on the fries (soft on the inside ,crispy on the outside), and the best Oreo milkshakes I have ever tried! I REALLY RECCOMEND THAT YOU GO HERE AND ENJOY THE DELICIOUS FOOD!

Waited 25 minutes for soggy fries and a smashed cheeseburger in the drive through. Person at the window didnt know my food was sitting next to the register for about 6 minutes after it was put there. Inept employees equals slow service. Never going back

The signature burger, the Apollo Burger is to do die for. A quarter pound of beef with a mountain of pastrami made one at a time. Add to that their nature cut fries, yum! The gyros are fantastic and the service is great.

I usually would say great service. Good food. However. Did not give us two sandwiches and drink. I tried calling to tell them on way back and no one picks up. Five times! Service downhill. Very disappointed.
