Worst service ever! Management is incompetent. Always understaffed when I come for dinner service with my family or friends. I have attempted to visit this establishment multiple times thinking that the service would get better, that maybe the staff was just having a bad day that one time... but it NEVER did get better. Each visit I had was even more disappointing then the last. Living in North Scottsdale, I have a high expectation of the businesses in this area, but this IHOP does not meet the standards of the area in which they service. The management has changed each time I visited and attempted to complain about the poor amount of staff on duty or the quality of the food. There were a couple times I visited this establishment where there was not even a manager available to speak to on duty. What type of food service establishment does not have a MANAGER on duty to speak with customers? What kind of a manager only staffs ONE SERVER? It is beyond me how this place is still open, but thankfully there is a MUCH better IHOP on Raintree!

I just took me grand kids to this IHOP and they loved it. The service was great and the food was perfect. I have been to other IHOPS and the waffles are soggy and here they are crispy. Way to go Damian for keeping the food enjoyable. Happy Customer... I love the fact that this IHOP is family owned and operated. We need more Americans to step up take pride in their business. I have traveled to many IHOPS in this state and found the 90th street IHOP to be one of the Best. This IHOP is also one of the cleanest around the valley. The service is wonderful and the food is always hot and fresh. The last thing I wanted to mention was the bathrooms are so clean that it felt like home. Thanks you Damian Gerson for taking pride in what you do.

I cannot begin to tell you how disgusted I am of the owner (Damian Gerson). The way he treats his employees is horrendous. He has cameras to span over every inch of his restaurant to spy on his employees at all times. He is a scandalous, malicious man. If only you (the customers) could know how he treats his employees... Im sure you would never step into his restaurant again. I have personally seen him scold and harrass multiple employees including delightful servers. I have never been so disappointed with a dining experience (being a secret shopper). I would urge everyone to stay away from this store. There are plenty of honest, hard workers at other IHOPs around the valley! :)

I have been going to this place for over ten years. The service, food and cleanliness is over the top!!! When friends come into town, this is the breakfast place we go to:-) But, not all IHops are created equal....(sniff, sniff...) I didnt realize that. This place is family owned - big difference. They care about what you think and your experience. BTW, I have waited tables. Some people cannot be satisfied. Ignore them. This place is consistently the best food and service for the price!!!!

Damian gerson the manager is rude and knows nothing about customer service. The ihop off of raintree is much cleaner with great servers and less grease. Don't servers know to not interrupt you when you are answering a business call? One time is excusable but the continuous interuptions of "do you need anything ?"when you are visibly on the phone is not polite. Don't bother letting the management know because they don't care.

It took a few tries before I got edible hash browns. I am glad that I can exchange pancakes for fruit. I really like my waitress, Daisy shes very kind. She was patient with the hash brown situation and even discounted me for the item that took much to fix. She is getting a 90% tip for todays breakfast for sure. That waitress is what made my morning enjoyable. I am so glad I had her as my waitress.

Horrible experience. Check In hostess was in way over her heard, and not sure what she was doing. Seated 4 groups ahead of us that came after us on the list with larger groups. Hostess was so clueless are names off and kept calling someone she already seated. Wont be back. Maybe manager should have helped her out, but poor decision making lost you customers.

They wouldnt answer the phone for a take out order and when I went in to make one got rudely told that it would be a while before they could take one. Mind you I work at a hospital and barely ever get to order food! If I manage to come in or even phone order for take out and you refuse to serve me know that you are disrespecting someone in uniform.

Worst service Ive ever had. The older gentlemen that works there later at night is one of the rudest men Ive ever encountered in a restaraunt. Ive went in twice and both times Ive had awful experience with him. We waited 30 minutes just for him to TAKE a to-go order, but he never ended up taking it so we had to leave. 0/10 DO NOT reccomend.

By far some of the worst service Ive ever received. We had to go up to the front counter and ask for a waitress. After this, it took 20 minutes to get our drink order taken. We have now been waiting for an hour for our food. The quality of the product means nothing when the service is atrocious. Dont eat here. Save yourself the time of day

Love this Hop its always clean food is good service is great especially the graveyard server William.If youre looking for a late-night place to grub down after a concert or a comedy show and want to sit up late drinking coffee and eating breakfast for dinner thats the spot.

Superb food well prepared and presented. Francos should be the #1 restaurant on TripAdvisor. Best meal we have had in Phoenix. And the staff treated us like favorite relatives! Grandmas dessert cake was the best ever!

My family and I eat here almost once a week and love the food. Sure, service can be slow but what restaurant has never had a bad day? Although they go through waiters a lot, most are very nice and friendly!

They know how to cook food. My first visit I was surprised all my food was perfectly cooked. They seem to care about their quality. I keep wondering when Ill get a bad plate and never do.
