All around bad experience. We came in around 6 oclock I expected to be seat immediately (due to the fact that there were 15 or so open tables) instead we stood and waited for someone to walk up and offer us a seat after watching a server walk past the hosting area two or three times without even acknowledging us once. We sit down he brought us our drinks and quickly came back to take her order we placed our order with him he was very polite and kind but it did not write anything down. We also ordered country-fried steak and eggs which amazing and made just how it should have been. I got their bananas foster French toast first thing I notice is as soon as he brought my plate my hash browns were uncooked not even browned and I sent those back because I asked for well done hash browns then he brings back the same plate with the eggs over easy that was cooked to a hard yoak and what is supposed to be sausage but instead was bacon. so I waited for a server to come back after a few minutes of no one coming back I decided to go back and ask them to fix my food I was met at the door by their manager or night manager she seemed very bothered that I have brought my food back Im very irritated I just ask them to fix my food and I went back down her and the server came to my table to discuss the issue and I start to explain to her that Not only was my food made wrong twice but the French toast that I had ordered was still moist and Soggy in the center where it been soaked in the egg in the bananas foster on top was just raw bananas I tried to tell her that this was unacceptable and disgusting and she explained to me that that is how they have been cooking their Bananas Foster French toast for 5 years I have 2 very huge issues with this anybody whos taking any basic food course for your food handlers card would understand raw egg is very dangerous and can cause SALMONELLA let alone lets talk about raw egg thats been heated up just enough on the outside to get it crusty and still soggy and warm with egg and milk ARE A DANGEROUS BREEDING GROUND FOR BACTERIA she just wanted to tell me that thats how they do it thats how its done. When I continue to try and explain to her that I was very bothered with everything going on she looked at me very irritated huffing and puffing and told me its fine its all something that can be handled at that point I basically just agreed with her and waved her away from my table they came back and compted my meal which was very very nice of them but did not solve my issue at all. After they comped my meal they still never fix the French toast literally just left me sitting there at the table with eggs hash browns and sausage which at this point the is cold the eggs were overcooked and I have no fork and knife it was a terrible experience the manager or night manager in which we spoke to was very rude and did not handle the situation at all how I feel it should have been handled Ive worked in customer service my entire life and have never ever treated a customer in such a way I have am very very disappointed with my experience and will never go back to this place.

-30 stars. Our server was Michael and it was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. Took an hour for the food to come out. We argued that 2 tables (who came in after us) had received their food first, finished their meals, and paid there tabs before we even got our food. When we mentioned it to the server, he rudely explained they came in before us. Then, we corrected him saying that we personally knew the other party and they confirmed that they arrived10 minutes later. To this, he had no reply and disappeared the remainder of the meal. Finally as a bonus, as we were paying another group came to complain that they had not been offered drinks for an hour during their stay. WORST IHOP. AVOID.

There arent many options at 11:40 pm so beggars cant be choosers but if you dont want to serve people at that time, you shouldnt be open. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, let alone seat me. Definitely werent too busy, almost as many servers as customers. Placed an easy to go order and waited another 30 minutes. Server was very uninterested in my business. When the food finally came out it was cold like it had been sitting, waiting to be brought out for a long time. Never coming back. Im sad I gave this business my money because they sure didnt seem like they wanted it and they definitely didnt deserve it

My family and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. We had a big party, 13 people to be exact, so we knew that the food would take a little longer to come out. What we didnt expect was for two of our members to not get food for an extra 15mins after everyone else got theirs. On top of that, but one of us ordered a drink that never got delivered. The restaurant wasnt particularly busy; maybe a total of five groups, including us. Not sure why our orders werent delivered close to the same time or why drinks werent brought out when they were ordered.

I have been here multiple times and never had any issues, but today when I went in with just me and my one-year-old, and they were very busy. I was getting nervous about him throwing a fit because he was hungry and tired. They took my order with my drinks and brought out part of the meal seriously within 5-7 minutes, because we had been waiting a while to get a table, and he was starting to have a hard time with all the waiting. We had our food, ate, and left within about 20-25 minutes of sitting down. So thankful!

I came here this morning with my husband and they were super busy but we got seated right away. Our server was really nice but the food wasnt. My hash browns were falling apart, my chicken fried steak wasnt the best, the pancakes were burnt, there was gravy all over the side of my plate for my pancakes, and my server rarely showed up to refill our drink. Service was lacking and the food wasnt the best as it used to be. I dont think Ill be coming here again.

Came in thinking I was going to have a nice meal. After the server took our order he never came back to see if we were okay or needed refills. We ordered 3 T-bone steaks med well and instead I received 3 well done tuff tasting like rubber steaks. We received our food after sitting at our table for 45 min without so much as a its might be a little late but with 3 big families that came in after us was finished eating and were getting ready to leave.

The service used to be great. I dont know whats happened but we wont be visiting this location again. The food is typical IHop but plan for at least a 90 minute meal. The last 2 times weve been here it was the same thing. Put in our order & then wait. And wait some more. Finally about 40 minutes after we ordered on both visits our food came out. Eat here only if you dont have young children and are not in a hurry.
