I found a big bug on my meal. I dont know if I should report to the FDA (Food and Drug Admin). I was taking my second bite and I literally ate the bug. While I was chewing, I felt the crunch and the bitter taste got released in my mouth, so I immediately spit it off and I saw I was chewing on a bug which i think was covered by the layer of cheese/toppings. I saw the wings of the bug; it was NASTY. When the server came to me she agreed it was a bug and took my plate and mentioned that she would make another one. After that experience I didnt want anything. She mentioned that she told the manager about the situation, but the manager did not show up at all or apologized for the mistake. THIS is RIDICULOUS !! She took the meal off my bill (which I barely ate). I live close by, but I would rather drive somewhere where I can get clean food with good customer service from the manager. I would never go back to this place or would recommend anyone where managers do not have any customer service etiquette. Server was busy but she gave decent service. 0 to the Manager.

First time at this location. I have been to the one in St. George and remember the food being great. At the South Jordan one the food was meh. I had the Hikers Benedict and my wife had the Crab-cake Benedict. Both were fine and edible but probably not worth the 10+ bucks per plate. The Mushrooms were very pungent and the crab was pretty fishy. The Grits were good and the Potatoes were really tasty but overall I thought it was overpriced and mediocre at best. I also tried a special Orange Juice Tonic that they were advertising on the table. It was really good but again 3+ dollars for a glass of juice. I may return to try it again but it may be a while.

We have been going to this location every Sunday for the last couple of months. We have 2 small children that can be messy but we always make sure to tip very well because of the mess. This Sunday we walked in and the manager gave my husband a dirty look then the entire time we were there he came over to our table and swept under the high chair every 2 mins, then the final straw was we werent done eating yet and he came over and started vacuuming! I found his customer service to be extremely rude and we were unable to enjoy our Sunday family breakfast like we usually do.

We have gone here lots of times hoping to give them a chance to redeem them selves. Hasnt happened. The food is good and the waitresses are nice but the manager is a jerk and his customer service sucks !! I go there with my whole staff 20 + people each time and even with spending that much money he treats us like an inconvenience. Hes very rude to all his employees and he acts like hes so important and doesnt care about making a good inpression. I will be taking our monthly meeting some place else!

Great place for breakfast food. They do serve lunch items as well. They serve healthier options, my favorite is their fresh juiced juices. The service is always fast and friendly. I like the small town feel, compared to the chain feel of IHOP and Village Inn. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. Their food is delicious, great quality and our waiters/waitresses always offer more options, or talk more about the menu items.

We thought we reserved the meeting room and our book club showed up and were told that they dont actually take reservations but we could wait for a table. Around 45 min later, tired of waiting outside (very small waiting room) we filed into the waiting room still took them around 15 min to get us seated. The food was good the waiter was awesome. But wow this is no way to run a business

A few people mentioned reasons for low-star ratings, but the staff and management have fixed those in the past 4 months. The food is healthy, excellent options, consistent and a reasonable price for how good it is. Try the new juices, the Kale cooler and Pineapple Tonic are lovely. Im glad we gave the Egg &I another chance. Weve come back several times in the last 4 months.

My wife and I came here for a quick bite and it was a great experience. We got a soda orange juice with two of their scrambles. We had very little time as we had an appointment in 30 minutes. We were worried that it would take a long time to get served. They surprised us by having our order served to us in 10 minutes. The staff here was friendly and the food was great.

Quite accommodating, especially with my gluten allergy. The staff is always really nice and great to us when we come here. We dont come to this location often because we live in Holladay but we always love visiting this location. We usually dont have to wait long at all to get seated. And the food arrives fast, fresh and hot.

Outstanding! The Green Chilli Hash is my all time favorite. However, this week they have a new Monterey Bacon & Avocado Benedict is really good. Service is always fast and friendly. If you go on the weekend, just make sure you are there before 10 otherwise you have to wait. It is our favorite breakfast place.

Very good menu, consistent food, great atmosphere and good service. Very happy that this opened nearby. They have several different Benedicts to choose from and some excellent hashes. They are willing to make substitutions and Ive never had to send something back. Still lots more to try on the menu!

It has a quiet, family owned atmosphere. There are traditional breakfast options, and also plenty of alternative ingredient medleys. There are a lot of low cholesterol alternatives that taste great. I highly recommend the Kale Cooler. Its has great balance gives massive rejuvenation.

Food was good, I had the crab cake eggs Benedict. There seemed to be a mix-up when we were seated and the servers both believed the other was serving us. After about a 15 minute wait and no servers in sight, we flagged down the (manager/owner?) and he got us taken care of.

Smaller but cozy little breakfast/lunch spot in South Jordan. I got the Wisconsin Scramble and it was to die for, Im not even a huge fan of scrambled eggs but I was SO glad that I branched out. Definitely going back. They also have killer hotsauce that they sell!

This restaurant is amazing for breakfast. They have one of the best hollandaise sauce in the valley and I love the Eggs benedict varieties that they offer. My favorite is the Hikers Bendict with a dill hollandaise. You should try the kale cooler as well.

Almost empty restaurant and Not one employee acknowleged our existence as we stood there for almost 20 minutes! 5 or 6 emplyees walked by us but no one talked to us or attempted to seat us! I would give a hundred negative stars if I could.

Food is great, service is good, prices are fair. Its a nice place to have breakfast with the family. They do have a few unique menu items that I enjoy. Seems more health-conscious than typical breakfast diner like places.
