Side item left off plate escaped chef and servers notice..Mentioned to server who did offer to bring it, but had finished half the meal before server came back to table so I refused it....baked potato cooked like it was fried...got wood grilled salmon, lobster & shrimp...Salmon was ok..lobster was just ok...shrimp had a good wood grilled taste. Plate served looked nothing like on menu. Chef didnt even try. Literally piled all three on top of each other. I literally laughed when I saw it. (Should have taken pix). Didnt affect taste of course but presentation was def bad. Maybe I watch too much Cooking Channel lol but just would have expected a little more for a higher priced menu item. Went about an hour and fifteen mins before closing on a Tuesday night. Waitress and staff were reading for closing/next day. Prob not a good time to go for those considering.

Just left red lobster and the service tonight was awful.it all started when we had to ask our server for the cheesebread after we noticed another couple who came after us had got theirs along with drinks.next we had to ask 3 time for extra salad dressing for a dry and bland salad.i got mine but my wife didnt get hers..after that the waitress brought out some runny ass cheese dip with chips instead of the one we ordered with bread....finally my admirals feast that i ordered to be cooked on the woodgrill came back fried ....i dont mind payn a higher price for better food and service but today just felt like the red lobster in oxford fell off.

Eating at Red Lobster, made my Valentines Day, even more special! The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. Our Guest Specialist, server, Danielle, was the Best! The food was DELICIOUS, cooked to perfection. We were greeted, seated and was served very promptly! I also notice, that every employee that I saw, was well groomed and dressed to impress! Upon leaving, we was greeted again, with Thank you, and come again and Happy Valentines Day, with BEAUTIFUL smiles. That was a WOW experience, for me. Keep up the AWESOME work. Working together, Great Food and Great Service. Thank you!

Stating that their seafood is "fresh" is hardly true at all. In fact, it is prepackaged, frozen onto plates and then microwaved as you order. The "Admirals Feast" is already placed on a plate and frozen, as are their other selections, and then microwaved when you order. The only thing fresh is the salad and the lobster you pick from the tank. Why does it take so long when you order then? Because the orders are backed up waiting on a microwave. Food is pretty good, but pricey considering these facts.

Food wasnt bad all so told them it was my 13 yr old daughters birtday she looks forward to this dinner every year no treat juat treated like why are you here sever went home sick brought a lady over told us she would be taking over for him not only we never saw her again no refills had to finally go up to front ask for the check still had to wait very bad service you cant judge a business by one employee but hey thats all got

Food was pretty good, but there was a hair stuck in my husbands fish in the batter. He grossed out! We showed the server & the manager had his food replaced. My only issue was they didnt offer to comp it or at least half price hos food. Ive worked in restaurants before, and everyone would at least half price the screwed up meal to insure positive feelings & feedback.

One star because 0 is not an option. The food is never good and the building needs to be torn down and replaced. Ive tried this place several times over the years thinking it may be better but disappointed each time. Ill just opt for a fish sandwich at McDonalds before I go back. Staff gets a 2.5 - 3 stars.

Got seated rather quickly, but was sat in the very back of restaurant. We were never acknowledged by a server or any other staff. We waited 15 minutes before we left, aggitated. As we were leaving the hostess said, "Have a great night" As if she didnt just see us walk in. Never again will we go there!!!

Takes 2 hours to get your food and they get it wrong. Hope your not too thirsty either cause they hardly ever bring you drinks. The excuse the waitress used was the kitchen was short staffed. Well hire more workers. You think?

We always drive from Bremen Ga. To Oxford Red Lobster.....its such a nice environment. Would recommend this place to anyone. Its worth the drive.
