this is the 3rd straight time that we have gone to jack in the box and they screwed our order up..tonight we went and my wife had to repeat the order 2 times..went we got our order i had my wife check it to see if they got it right as the 2 times before that we were missing food when we got home,,we were missing an sandwich and when my wife to him he looked like he throught we were wrong..he checked and saw we were right,,while he was fixing out order to get it right my wife told the manager about this being the 3rd time they had messed it up..he said well hes fixing his mistake and if we hadnt said something and when we got home we would be missing food as we were the 2 times before that..the manager had an attitute about it and all we wanted was for them to check the orders more closely..it wasnt even busy as we were the only car it the line at the time..when we got home our food was cold and we only live about 5 minutes for the resturant..our food was cold and taste like it was just warmed up..i really feel that if you run a fast food resturant you should make sure the food you serve is hot and also that the orders are correct before you give them to the customer..there is no excuse for sloppy service and an manager with an attitute

I dont usually write reviews for fast food chains but at this location the service has surprised me time and time again. The food is the same as any other Jack In the Box out there but any time Ive gone here the service has been way over the top for you would expect from a fast food place. They even go out of their way to ask you how your service was when they hand you the food. They deserve some recognition for the great job theyre doing there.

I will not be coming back to this place. Worst customer service. Also while I was eating with my kids they were cleaning out the bathroom and screaming, cursing every other word because someone had left a diaper in there. Playing loud innapropiatw music and just all around the worst experience I have had in this establishment

The staff in the early am tell you that you have 2 minutes to order your food because of a system reboot. Ive had them tell me this at 2.am.. 3.am. 4.am 3.30am. Shane the manager is the one that condones this. After this, i see the manager outside smoking something that smells like Mary jane

I just ordered jalapeno poppers and three of the seven didnt even have a Jalapeno in them. Clearly somebody is messing with the food in some way or the other. I just spent my hard earned money on some kids messing with my food. Awesome. Way to go Jack in the box!!
