Went for dinner tonight. Ordered the special which included crab cakes. The crab cakes were no bigger than a chicken nugget, seriously. Asked to just have them taken off my meal. Manager rudely snatched them up. Ok. After I get the check the rude manager deducted $2 from my meal when the crab cakes costs 5$ to add. After her lying to my face about how the "steak size" was bigger for my combo (there are no steak sizes on the menu which suggests all steaks are the same size) the manager told me I should have asked these questions when cancelling my crab cakes. The service was god awful but they knew they were charging our party gratuity so they didnt care. Not only was the manager extremely rude and not only did I catch her lying to my face, the floors, ceilings and chairs were absolutely filthy. Weve been going here for years but they can keep their crab mcnuggets and $25 specials with the rude manager who said the menu "should" say mini crab cakes (which is still an abomination of what the cakes actually look like) and that it was my fault for not asking about steak sizes (which again the menu offers no varying sizes). Bottom line eat here if you want but Id rather give my money to a restaurant that actually cares about the service they provide their customers, not some filthy restaurant who understands that youre being charged gratuity so they could care less about your experience.

Ive been coming here ever since my husband and I started dating. Now we are going with our baby girl. This is the most delicious restaurant ever. Fresh is best and you can absolutely taste it in the food. This place is busy and Ive not had bad customer service during busy times. We learned to try our best to come during the week, but my husband only has weekends off to come here. Ive had my moms birthday here with family, now my husbands is coming up. The chicken is the best, for its so soft and juicy. The latest Ive been was today- I already want to go back and eat the chicken rice and veggies. I always order the week deal: petite filet mignon, shrimp, and teriyaki chicken. I use to share with my husband because it was that much food, but now I order my own. Every time my husband and I go, we talk about how we cant wait for our daughter to be old enough to eat the food, and be able to talk and ask to go to Arigato too. Its a given shes going to love it, for both her parents love it. So I know we will be going to this resturant forever. We are that couple with the baby in the stroller. We go at least 2-3 times a month, its Better than almost every resturant Ive been to. PS. they give you a little free dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth!

MY BOYFRIEND AND I EAT HERE ALL THE TIME AND EVERYTHING HAS USUALLY ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. ITS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ARIGATO UNTIL TODAY. OUR SERVER KEVIN WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! THE ENTIRE HOUR THAT MY BOYFRIEND AND I SAT THERE, HE NEVER ONCE REFILLED OUR DRINKS. WHEN ASKED WHY HE DIDNT REFILL OUR DRINKS, HE WALKED RIGHT PASS US AS IF HE DIDNT HEAR US. THEN, I WENT AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER (KOBA) AND HE SAID HE WOULD TALK TO KEVIN. KOBA THEN SAID HE WOULD REFILL OUR DRINKS FOR US. ALSO, KEVIN MESSED UP OUR ENTIRE ORDER. WHEN WE WERE FIRST SEATED, MY BOYFRIEND AND I EXPLAINED WHAT WE WANTED. HE MOTIONED HIS HAND AS IF HE WAS WRITING SOMETHING ON HIS NOTEPAD, BUT HE NEVER DID!! THAT MADE NO SENSE ANYWAY BECAUSE HE HAD TO GO GET THE FOOD FROM THE KITCHEN ANYWAY AFTER THE CHEF ARRIVED AT THE TABLE. I EXPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT (KOBA &SHEEDA) WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD TALK TO HIM AGAIN ,BUT JUDGING BY HOW RUDE HE WAS I HIGHLY DOUBT THEY EVER DID. THIS IS A HORRIBLE RESTAURANT TO EAT AT. LIKE I SAID, THIS IS A PLACE THAT I HAVE BEEN EATING AT FAITHFULLY FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. HOW DARE YOU TREAT SOMEONE LIKE THAT. WE ALWAYS TIP AND ARE NEVER RUDE TO ANYONE, BUT THEY DONT HAVR TO WORRY ABOUT US COMING ANYMORE.

My experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!! On July 26, 2015 we show up on time for our reservation at 5:30 after driving an hour and they did not have us down for reservation at 5:30. Then as we are waiting, they approach my son who is wearing a store made American flag sleeveless tank top, taylored, and asked him if he had another shirt. I approached the manager and he said it was policy. I ask the manager if it only applied to men and he said yes. I saw so many women with tank tops on with bra straps showing and they were allowed to eat at their restaurant. I then went outside to look at the sign at the front entrance and it only says no tank tops not no tank tops for men only. So why is it okay for women to wear tank tops and not men????? My point is not that they dont allow tank tops but it should be for all sexes or otherwise specify on your sign!!!!!! This is unexceptable to me and I will not ever go back to this restaurant. This needs to be addressed and the manager would not and could not answer me why this only applied to men. Poor management is all I can say. Thanks to Kabutos who made us a reservation instantly for 6 pm and allowed us in their restaurant as we were. Great experience there. Barbara Smith Troy, NC

We went Saturday 9/26/2015 to celebrate 2 birthdays. My sonss and mine. Worse service I have ever received anywhere. First I start with the "dont care attitude". My son ordered Steak and Chicken and was told oh no...,, you ordered Steak and Shrimp when everyone at the table heard him say Steak and Chicken. The irony is he never got Shrimp or Chicken... but you better bet we got charged for both. I never got vegetables but... when I said something the Cook...he said... I thought you did not want them. I said...What? He never offered to fix them either. No drink refills for me and my daughter law, even when the waitress came back 35 minutes later. I said just give us a to go cups then and she said oh....we dont give to go cups. The cook got sauce on a persons shirt at the table. The man cleaning the table next to ours broke a wine glass and the glass flew all over our table in 1 persons plate. We tipped nicely because we are respectful but the service was one that I would not recommend spending a 100 dollars to get..... poor poor service. McDonalds would have been several steps up.

I LOVE Arigatos...ask any of my friends, but tonight was the WORST experience EVER!!! It was my dads b-day and I was expecting to go there and have a good meal and good service like normal...that definitely was not the case tonight. The chef was very very rude not once, not twice but three times. He messed up my sisters order and when we tried to get his attention so he could fixed it he ignored us. Then he blew my dad off when he tried to ask for some more white sauce. I was very upset...so I asked to speak to the manager thinking that would fix something, instead he took his chefs word over ours and like the chef blew us off, “saying that the chef was one of their best and that he has never got a complaint before”...WELL all I have to say to that is THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING!!! So if you go to Arigatos and get the chef with the Spongebob Square Pants hat, dont expect too much and if you have a complaint save you breathe b/c the management there isnt going to do anything about it!!! The food there is great but the service needs some serious improvements!
