Ordered 3 items at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. Breadsticks, fries, and cinnamon sticks. Was told 45 minutes max, waited 1 hour 15 minutes before calling. The manager told us the delivery guy was "lost" between Route 11 and Lionsgate (a 4-minute, 2-road drive). Waited another 15 minutes before calling again. This time manager said the delivery guy had been "knocking on apartment doors in Lionsgate but couldnt find the apartment". He had our phone number the entire time. Waited another 15 minutes before calling again. This time the manager said the delivery guy "called but got no answer so he came back to Pizza Hut". (We had no missed calls). Waited another 30 minutes before calling again. Someone at Pizza Hut answered but when we stated who was calling they straight-up HUNG UP on us. No one at Pizza Hut has answered any calls in the last 15 minutes and there is no sign of any food. It has been over 2 hours 15 minutes and it appears Pizza Hut has no interest in completing our order. This is quite honestly the most ridiculously convoluted ordeal we have ever experienced when ordering from a delivery service. Bloomsburg Pizza Hut: Never again!

Came for the buffet Mothers Day. One guy told us to "sit somewhere over there" and told is someone would be with us. Not a single server came and spoke to us. Just walked right past us with no acknowledgement. So the guy came back and gave us menus and took our drink order. Delivered them himself. No silverware so I asked another lady about that and she handed me some for my family and that was the end of customer service. We got buffet and the pizza was fresh. But no one cleared plates, asked how things were or offered any refills on drinks. The buffet ran out of plates and no one restocked. I have a family of six so imagine the pile of plates on the table. In the end Cassie asked us how things were and I told her about the horrible service and she applied a discount to the bill. And THAT was it. Not entirely sure we would go back even though I love the buffet I dont like giving money to people who seem to care less.

We have previously Happy with the food. Our most recent experience was not as great. The bread sticks were doughy, the wings tasted like vinegar. The pizza came tasting strongly of onions when it was ordered with none. The salad bar was sticky and grimy. I felt like was should have been paid to eat here on this trip. I dont know what happened, but get it together Pizza hut and bring back some quality and cleaning skills.

The place is so dirty the tables where filthy rugs had food on it and the bathrooms was nasty they dont clean there at all and I even took the pictures to prove it and I will be posting them every where. and if a manager contacted me I will show them the pics to prove my case

Staff is terrible got delivery employees answering calls and not getting orders right waited an hour and ten min. For large pizza and 2 family breadsticks...and they seem like they would have a hard time organizing my 2 yr olds birthday party

The best quality pizza. Papa Jones or Dominos dont even come close. The best part: you pay $10 + tax for any size pizza with any number of toppings. I dont understand why people even go somewhere else.
