The management and waitstaff are great and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had a 4 month old in a stroller. The great customer service can only go so far in what must be the smallest and most crowded IHOP. The tables are crammed together for max capacity and there really isnt any personal space. Its always crowded here, so there really isnt an opportunity to go for a lazy sunday chowdown of pancakes as you end up eating quickly and making room for the next people in line. Pancake House in its new location in Edgewater isnt much better for crowds, but theres at least elbow distance between the tables.

This is the best IHOP around the area. The service is great, the food is IHOP signature so why the four stars? Almost impossible to get even a parking spot during the weekend and before twelve. Granted, its not the food or the service but parking is important. What some do is park across the street, designated for the bank. Not my thing and they should expand it a bit. Seriously need another in the area.

Grossed out - This place doesnt deserve a rating - they should be inspected -my sister and nephew just went this morning to have Breakfast -and he saw a ROACH -YES ROACH ON THE TABLE WHERE THEIR FOOD WAS JUST SERVED. Omg really -where there is one there is many - SO PLEASE FUMIGATE THAT RESTAURANT WONT GO AGAIN -GROSSED OUT

You can always count on IHOP to deliver the perfect stack of pancakes. They have perfected the recipe. This location offers a cozy environment and excellent service to make for a wonderful experience, any time of the day. Oh, and the omelettes are amazing!

Eat here a lot. Service is very nice and the chefs are very quick! Even when its crowded everything seems pretty organized. The only negative I think is sometimes I think the portions are getting smaller, but that could just be me.

It is always a pleasure going to the IHOP on N Dean St, in Englewood, NJ the staff is amazing, they treat me like a Rock Star every time I go there....my family loves that place, including my little grands. Those guys are great!!!

One of my favorite Ihops. Great waiter staff here. The rest is also good. A bit sticky here but its mainly because they are so busy lots of turnover and there is syrup at the table. 5 stack buttermilk pancakes cant go wrong.

The place is very small and feels uncomfortable especially when theres a rush. The parking lot is really small. The service is okay, depending on whos waiting your table. The food, however, is delicious.
