Well they lost me as a customer 24 min to bring drinks out. Another 30 for food and nother 20 for pie and them come back and say we out of pie you wand and were out of chicken pot pie 10 min after we order and the ladie at the front has the worst attitude. When she seated us. This is by far one of the worst experiences. I have had should have taken my family to mcdonalds. If you know it would have benn a better experience. Oh ya and gess what. I am still wating for my pie. Its benn. 30 kmow. Food was dry and nasty and. Pie frozen. Worst worst place i have eatten this place had become a dive. I wanted a nice peacfull dinnner couldnt even get that and best part still chaged full price. 57 dollars for 3 people. And they cant even get us or others checked out with out have problems

Picked up breakfast Sunday morning after a hard night of drinking. Instead of making Bloody Marias for my breakfast and serving Cheerios to my family. I thought it would be nice to pick up breakfast for the family at my local Village Inn. When I got home, I served Grandma and the grand baby their plates. I sat down to eat my plate opened the toast and it was moldy. It was even buttered over. Everything else seemed to be OK but I was concerned. I took my toast back and was offered more toast after an apology and an explanation of where the bread was stored. I understand that accidents happen, but the mold was buttered and still sent out. I will stick with Bloody Marias for Sunday breakfast.

I went there to take my mother out for mothers day we first get guided to a booth and sit down when then order our food we then do what we usually do i look at the utensils to make sure there clean and they were not. So we asked for new ones they brought them and they still had left over food on them, finally we got some clean ones. I then decide to go to the bathroom i walk in and it is the most disgusting bathroom i have ever seen in my life it looked like there was green mold in there and seems like they never clean in there. I never want to go to this ever again i will stick to the one in South Jordan at least everything there is clean and neat.

Worst experience. Staff was unprofessional, didnt care about customer service and request. There were 3 tables occupied at 12 oclock at night. We orderd drinks and pie. The server screwed it up and it was just two of us. We had to adk for a straw several times. The people behind us were harassing a couple and the staff said nothing. We became so uncomfortable we left. One of tge staff was in workout clothes. We would have walked without paying if it took as long as it did for the other people before us to pay. I used to come her often but this is a pwrfect example as to why i dont.

Grosssssss!!!!!!! I went there on Christmas day with my family! We sat in a long half booth half table thing. We ordered drinking and food. While waiting my seven year old brother points out theres ants. We I look in the crumb catchers on the back on the booth, there had to have been a couple hundred ants! They had us move and that was it! Not even a sorry from the manager. I always go to the vi in Orem and the gm there, Angie would never let that happen in her store!!!!

The food tasted like cigarettes. It was very clear that whoever was preparing the food had been smoking... when we brought it up to our waitress, she didnt seem terribly concerned. She went to talk to her manager and came back and said "no one has been smoking lately." The manager, who very clearly smokes herself, said it smells like the biscuits and gravy we serve every day. Pretty disgusting (I mean, I dont have high expectations of Village Inn but this was terrible).

Was told it was a 10 minute wait. A couple came in after myself and was seated before me and my BF because they knew the manager. They scratched our name off without seating us and kept going down the list. After we were finally sat, our waitress had huge attitude. Slammed the pot on the table and was very short with myself when I misspoke the name of what I wanted. Food is generally great, but will probably be the last visit for a while.

Ive been coming here for 5 years with my friends once every 2 weeks. Loved the place... until now. The past 2 months they have taken a dive.. literally they have lost me as a customer. It took them 45 minutes to get us our food and they werent even busy. The entire time I there my glass was empty. The waiter would repeatedly tell us she would come back and bring water and she never came back

35 minutes to get a side salad, another 10 for a club sandwich. The server forgot coffee, never refilled a single drink (only 3 tables seated in the whole place) they said the were understaffed but there were 5 employees visible. Then to top it off our server asked if it was cool to vacuum during our dining right near our table. The food was ok, but man the service was awful

I walked from my house in the snow to apply here, I got there and they wouldnt let me use a pen to fill out an application and i got scowled for not bringing one even though they had a whole bucket full of pens. Theyve lost me as a customer, considering i went there last night. Theyve lost my boyfriend, his family, all my family and my friends. this place sucks.

It wasnt a busy night for them, our half if the restaurant was empty. But our food took forever (we did have a group of 10), but my side order came wrong, even though I repeated it twice. I didnt say anything and just tried it. Then, they switched my receipt with someone else in the group. The crepes were good, but the bacon was not at all.

Really bad service! We were the only ones in there. I only feel this way about this particular location. (90th and Redwood Rd) She took forever just to get our drinks, we never got refills, then she couldnt remember any of our orders. When we tried to pay no one was there. As we left everyone was outside on a smoke break.

This is one of my absolute favorite places! The staff is super laid back and nice. The food is AMAZING and it is very reasonably priced! We only paid $25 for 2 adults and 2 kids including drinks! (I am a very picky person but this place is great). We drive here from 2 cities over because of the better service.

We love eating here. You can get food just as good but way overpriced elsewhere. For good standard American food you cant find better. The pies, well we dont even bother making pie anymore. They have amazing pies all year long. Thanksgiving we always preorder at least 3.
