First of all, I ordered a burger cooked medium... it was beyond well-done when i got it- like a hockey puck. Also, look at my receipt- look at the cost of the burger & then the subtotal. No explanation for the increase in price. I showed it to the young lady who works there & she didnt know why & didnt offer to refund me either. I didnt make a big deal over it-- I figured I would email corporate when I got home. But surprise surprise - theres NO contact info on the web site so I decided to post my experience here instead. And lastly, youd expect a big-ass burger for $6, right? Wrong. You could definitely get something bigger, better and cheaper at any fast food restaurant - thats sad! PS- Im still hungry.

Across the street from Bethpage Ballpark & filled with Long Island Ducks memorabilia, Out of the Park Burgers offers fresh made-to-order burgers, sandwiches, wings & a variety of fries. The burgers are delicious, although I wish they would let the cheese melt on the grill before placing it in the burger. The hotdogs are probably the best Ive ever tasted as they werent salty. Theres also a list of free toppings that youre able to put on any order. Shakes are cheap but thick with great flavor. You can place your order online to pick-up in store, but curbside pick-up & delivery is only available from 4 pm to close. Yes, delivery! Tuesdays are Buy 1 Get 1 Free on burgers & hotdogs only after 4 pm.

Experience was very unproffesional. The people were very rude also I ordered my order at 8 oclock pm and a hour and a half passed and I called about the order they kept saying order on way continually called back and was disrespected and hung up on several times trying to see why I didnt receive my order which I had ordered on line and recieve email and confirmation and they said I did not order nothing after waiting two hours and still no food only for the last to tell me come in the morning and hung up again. So whoever the owner is I would surely like to speak to them or Ill go corporate to make sure these restruants know how to treat customers. I dont recommend anyone eat here

My first time trying this place as it looked so appetizing so I made an over the phone order for delivery, once I got my food delivered my fries were soggy, my burger was so sweaty and messy, and I had ordered 2 LARGE drinks and I got MEDIUM one of them was DIET PEPSI instead of what I had asked for PEPSI!!!! Burgers were so small and gave lil bit of fries.. I would expect a good meal for the price I paid for.. so no I will not try this place again!!!!

DONT EVER ORDER OUT FROM HERE!! What I got today was nothing but attitude and horrible food, the fries were so soggy, they stuck together and the burger buns were soaked from how long the delivery actually took to get to my house. Then once she got here She realized she forgot my Sprite so she said "on the next order, Ill give it to you" .. Just a bad experience ordering from Ball Park Burger, definitely my last time. Youve been warned .

Used to go here all the time, but not anymore. Always ordered a chicken sandwich that was a nice piece of fried chicken on a bun. What I got tonight was a $0.05 frozen, processed chicken patty that they just heated up and put on a bun. Could of gotten the same thing at a Mcdonalds for a dollar. They just lost a customer.

Located right on Carleton Ave next to Home Depot and also across the street from Bethpage Ballpark. An amazing burger joint that make the most delicious creations of burger you would want to at least try once in your life. Staff is great not rushing me as I decide what i would like to order plus keep the store clean.

I had a great experience here. Out of the Park Burgers not only has good quality food with amazing prices, but as well as outstanding service. I received great customer service from employee, Hector Gonzalez, who in addition to being polite, was very helpful and is a great cook. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Burger was ok, fries were good but the strawberry milkshake was disgusting. I took a sip and had to return. It tasted like strawberry syrup..Ive had milkshakes at other places that are so good I thought this place would add to those places..but didnt. Sorry wont be coming back..food is ok

This place is amazing , I come here every week and every week it gets better, really happy with the service and with the new management, amazing ideas . Amazing food, finally a decent place to get a burger , would recommend 100% Defenitely coming for more . Prices are amazing !!

Quality burgers, for the most part wonderful staff. 4/5 becaus the guy behind the counter today messed up my order completely. Rarely happens, to my understanding hes new, but there should be someone on him at all times so this doesnt happen again

So glad I discovered this place. Some of the best burgers youll find on Long Island, no question. The fries are always fresh and crispy. The staff are relaxed and friendly. I hope this place stays around for a while. Quality food.

Its a waste of the time and money Go somewhere BK or Mac you get nice there. A lunch cost almost $10 And I may need that few of them. Its very oily and soggy. Visited few times recently and never again.
