I was just there, it was obviously very busy, thats what happens on Sunday. I came in they had the same person cashing out guests and sitting guests she obviously couldnt keep up through no fault of her own. I was sitting there I was next no one else around. 3 couples came in at the same time and she started seating them after I had already waited 15 minutes. I just left. It her responsibility to be observant enough to see who was next in line. I think its fair to say that you need at least two staff members up front on Sundays one to cash out and one to seat customers. Its to bad because it was my favorite breakfast place. I usually go there twice a week. The other thing is last time I was there I asked the waitress if she had almond milk or a non dairy creamer, Im lactose intolerant. She said yes I have non dairy creamer and then she brought me regular dairy creamer. Also your staff never smile, they act offended if you ask them for something. Customers go there so they do not have to do the work themselves thats why they pay you. Everyone who works there should be going out of there way to help and serve the customers. First watch, hire the right people and hire enough of them. Its detrimental to your business. Some free advice- extend your hours, restructure responsibilities and hold your staff accountable. Educate your staff on food knowledge. Make sure you have things on the menu and in Stock for customers with intolerances, allergies etc. Have a manager on duty whos not sitting in the office always in order to run the restaurant. You need a BOH manager and a FOH manager.

I came in for my 30 min lunch break since all my other coworkers have told me to try this place out. I thought since they were able to get their food and eat in our 30 min break comfortably i could also, but the day I went it took FOREVER to make my half sandwhich and bowl of soup. I asked after 15 minutes how long it would take for my order to be ready in which the lady at the register went to the back (which I could see her the entire time she was there) and I watched her stand there and talk to someone back there, laughing and all that, to which another worker comes and asks me if I had been helped in which I said yes. I continued to wait and the one girl that went back to ask about my order came back to the front (i was at the cash register) and she sat down next to another employee that was fixing up utensils and began to help him without telling me an aprox wait time! At this point i only had 10 more minutes of my lunch break. The manager happened to come out and I asked about my order in which he went back and retrieved it for me. After I finally got my order and had to scarf it down in 5 minutes it was fabulous. But last time I eat there for a lunch break.

I beleive in the two trip system, everyone has a bad day or a subpar produce delivery.. Our first trip 08/16 with the family the food was on par with Dennys looked spectular on the menu but taste wise didnt amount to much. the resturant is really beautiful inside and menu choice are great, just missed the oomph factor... Today with the family out of town I decided to head back. big difference... ordered the "Elevated Egg Sandwich". the brioche was great, eggs cooked perfectly bacon (who doesnt love) crispy. arugula greens fresh. it was put together perfectly. the potatos cooked nicely just a pinch of salt needed (my taste). while more expensive then the bigger breakfast chains ultimately I love their design and menu. 4 stars due to first visit being subpar

They are super nice. The booths are oversized and comfortable. The ladies riom was clean. I ordered the croque madame. Even though the egg was cooked well, the ham was lacking....it looied like oscar meyer slices you buy in a yellow plastic container at the grocer. At well over $10 for just the sandwich with no sides i expect a better cut of ham and for the tomatoes to not be so over cooked all i got was slimy tomato skin. Also i couldnt understand how tge bread was soggy yet the sauce was lacking. The potatoes were barely room temp and not even bottom crisp from the flat top and again we paid. The service was good, the staff is pretty on top of things.

I ordered takeout for my boyfriend and I today and it was one of the best breakfast experiences Ive had in a long time. I have celiac disease and am normally very picky about where we eat. Not only was the hostess understanding and helpful, but the food was fantastic. They even gave us complimentary coffee grounds to make at home. This restaurant has such an honest atmosphere, it will definitely be a staple in our weekends. I look forward to experiencing this restaurant fully when we have more time to sit down.

My friend and I both had the eggs Benedict with salmon. We found the hollandaise sauce very bland. The egg was cooked correctly. It wasnt terrible, but far from the best Ive had. He had salad and said it tasted old. The coffee is some of the worst Ive had... Definitely over roasted. Ive also never had a waitress stand over me while I signed the check, that was pretty weird. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. We may come back again and try something else, but were not impressed by our first visit.

The service here is usually really good, but Im not a big fan of the menu. The selection isnt great but its all pretty unique compared to other restaurants. Unfortunately, it being unique doesnt make it flavorful and its definitely lacking that. The pancakes are really good, though, and theres a good selection of flavors, too. Last but definitely not least, they bring you a whole pitcher of coffee, which is awesome. If I didnt live next door, I dont think I would come back.

Good breakfast place. Elevated egg sandwich was spectacular, over easy with gruyere, bacon, avocado, and lightly dressed arugula on brioche bun. The yolk running through it after the first bite, just yummy. Get extra crispy on the potatoes or theyre not crispy at all. Friend Always gets the salmon Benedict and loves that. Often a wait on weekend mornings so go a little later or just chill and have some water and sit on a bench. Great service too!

The service was terrible. Not friendly at all. The food showed up cold. The pancakes were dence. Biscuits said they were home made but tasted like they were frozen and microwaved. The only good thing was the coffee. I am tempted to not leave a tip. I would rate it a 0. But the atmosphere was pleasing. And to add to the experience. At the end of the meal. The waitress brought the wrong bill to us.

Trendy, tasty, breakfasty. We went for a special BOGO offer and it was well worth it. I ordered the pumpkin pancake plate which also came with two eggs and a chicken apple sausage. Its just good. Who doesnt love snazzy breakfast foods? Probably people who arent interested in paying this much or being so hip. I think for me the only downsides are price and crowds.
