Upon arrival place was busy...which is to be expected. Attempted to order an Everything Bagel, yet at 830am, they were apparently SOLD OUT and had to choose something else, so I got Sesame. The place knows how busy they are on average and should have no problem preparing enough bagels of each type to satisfy all the customers for there average numbers. So I was a little disappointed. However, the Sesame bagel was great and tasted freshly baked. Also got a coffee, which was decent, but not amazing. I would think there coffee would be of higher quality...and less watered down for such a popular place. Coffee was certainly not the worst, but was equally disappointed, as I was expecting it to be better and less watery. Besides that, as well as them being sold out of the bagel I came their for, it was a great experience, with good quality food. I would go back and do recommend.

The visit this mothers day was not very pleasant. Nobody was in line, it wasnt so crowded, and we had to wait 10 minutes to get our food. There were three employees on duty, and they all looked lazy too. Worst of all in my opinion, I asked for non-sliced plain heated bagels, I got the bagels, but sliced. All I get is a "Theyre not toasted, their heated." Dont come to this location unless you want poor service.

The food and the answers great. But the service is not great. The person made me wait for a cash drop when theres no one behind me and I was using my ATM and I sat there for five minutes. It was completely rude and unnecessary I was in a hurry. I do not recommend this location.

Hit or miss at this location. Never an issue with the quality of the food. But they have often forgot food for carryout orders. Also, depending on the day and crew the employees have been unprofessional and immature. Most recent visit on Aug 5 was a 10/10.

This is the worst Einsteins Ive ever been to. My order has never been correct, the service is beyond slow (45 min wait to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese), and the employees are miserable. My business is going elsewhere from now on.

Holy attitude batman! Run by a bunch of teenagers that obviously do not care about their jobs. Rude staff and dirty establishment. As we are eating a roach crawls under our table.

Einsteins has decent bagels, coffee , and sandwiches. This location has really inconsistent morning service. Run by half asleep kids that dont know what service or accuracy mean.
