Terrible pizza, terrible customer service. The manager Crystal was arguing with me for about 15 minutes on the phone about the quality of the pizza, saying "So out of 40 other people who ordered tonight youre the only one who thinks its bad." Them she went on to say that she had no idea how to resolve the issue. Then she said she would only refund up to $20 of my order, which was $33. She said its not like they can just give food away. I told her all I wanted was my money back. She said they couldnt do that. I said send me edible pizza then. She said pick the 2 you want to replace. I told her everything or I was coming down there to talk to someone who knows what theyre doing. She said her boss was going out tonight so she had to hurry and ask if she could replace the order. Apparently the boss is competent unlike Crystal and ordered her to replace the mall. All in all, Crystal is a moron and should not be manager of anything. Pizza was terrible!

OMG. I love Pizza Hut pizza and even worked for them in my teenage years, but this is the worst store you could ever order a pizza from. The employees simply dont care and are a prime example of why fast food workers deserve less than $8hr. The first couple times we ordered from them there were small mistakes that required delays or changes of our orders. I thought it coincidence. After our 7-8th order with issues increasing in size and frequency it became apparent the management team and employees of this store just dont care and Pizza Hut Corp. is aware of this issue and has done nothing to correct it. Stay away. Other pizza joints might not be as good of pizza, however, when you have to question whether or not your pizza was on the floor, prepared correctly, or correct at the time of pick up the piece of mind you have from other pizza joints will make it taste much better than this place.... Seriously, this place is horrible.

Came to Goodyear to visit some friends, ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and bread sticks. Order arrived without the wings. Quickly called to bring attention to the mistake hoping that maybe the driver just forgot the wings in his vehicle and was told that they would have to send out for new wings which would take another 45 minutes. Only problem with that is I dont live here and was getting ready to drive back to the east Valley. I asked them to just refund the amount for the wings, I mean we didnt get them so why should we pay for them, and was told the only option is to have a credit that we could use for 30 days..... Well considering how I dont live in Goodyear this is inconvenient for me. Why does it need to be so difficult? If you fail to deliver food why not just refund that money. Nobody should have to wait 2 hrs for wings. NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESSES

Havent had a serious issue till now. But I had credit on my account since they totally ruined our order which we threw away. So days later I order something that was about 1/3 the price I had for credit. Well they didnt tell me this, but you have to use all your credit at once or u lose it. So next time I ordered (next day) and came in hoping to use the remaining credit, I was told I lost it because I didnt use the full amount the day before. Manager wouldnt do anything and I didnt get my food. Waisted my time and gas. And my original money.

I wanted to have pizza on Fathers day so I did. But NOT from from pizza hut. I called to place the order , ended overcharge & when I question the total the pizza hut employee hang up. Called back to speak to a manager & was told that there was a 5 min. wait. 7 mins. went by. I decided to call back & ask for a manager again. Finally the manager answer & all he can come up was : theres 6 guys here I dont know who it was can I take your order now. Maybe Johnny is new to management. A SORRY would of help.

Ive been trying to place a carry out order by phone and i have not been able to get a hold of any employee. With absolutely no exaggeration, I called about five times on my cell phone, three times on my house phone and even went as far as calling from my house phone and cell phone simultaneously, still no answer. This Really Rediculous. My main thought after this is, how in the heck is this pizza hut still running with such poor service like this?

My husband and I ordered a Big Italy pizza from here last night and it was awful. I am big fan of Pizza Hut and he is not so I was extremely disappointed. I called back today and let a manager know that it didnt meet my standards and she offered me either a full refund or a credit for next time. They made me a large regular pizza today and it was amazing as usual. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

I called at 10 min till closing and asked "what time do you close?" She replied 10 min. I said (not wanting to be that A-hole ordering right at closing) "ok too late to get a pizza, thank you" she stopped me "wait, if you pick it up and can be here in 10 min were good" I was there in 5. Thank you crystal! Most people would have let me hang up. I love this place.

Weve ordered pizza here many times. For the most part, the pizzas and food are very good. Only complaint I have is that when they deliver, they dont always have lots of extras, like cheese, napkins, and especially hot peppers! Theyve even not had hot peppers in the store itself. They usually deliver on time.

One star only because I cant give negative stars. Twice we ordered stuffed crust and twice it looked it was over cooked and run over by a semi. I didnt order thin cust, heck this wasnt even thin crust this was half of that. I see it happening once mistakes do happen, but twice come on man get your act together.

I was very pleased with my pizza, bread sticks, and wings! I usually go to a different pizza place because its closer to home, but the food in comparison is more expensive and the quality of the food is crummy. From now on I choose Pizza Hut.
