In Nov.2014, I visited for the first time the noodle & company restaurant. I am a registered nurse and was in companion of a brittle DM friend who has to watch extremely close what she eats and another friend whose appetite is hearty. I am somewhere in the middle..:). We all three were extremely impressed with Alex Fierce who was the General Manager present at the time. Not only did he exhibit friendliness and professionalism, he assisted us in a very quick manner as to what to eat. He was rapid, accurate and a delight to be around. If I owned a restaurant...I would be thinking of how to clone him or put him into teaching other associates! Once again Alex Fierce....thank you so much for your expert assitance..made our dinner awesome and we have been back several times since then because of his great service!

Noodles & Co has a wonderful, family friendly atmosphere with good music and ever better sounds and smells coming from the kitchen. This location has fabulous and warm service from every staff member, and every bite of food is perfection. The prices here are medium to high, depending on the size and complexity of your dish. My biggest complaint is that this location is often uncleaned. Dishes were left on the table for over 15 minutes, the soda machine had towering ice billowing out of it until we asked for it to be cleaned, and tables are almost always littered with food bits. Other than cleanliness, highly recommend.

As a fast food pasta place, they do a great job. The staff are top notch. The food is cooked well, but I feel the ingredients are a little too processed. Breaded chicken is about 1/4 inch thick and stiff as a board. Steak seems low quality. This isnt a failure of their ability to cook but more of a failure to our buy quality ingredients as a chain.

I have had exceptional service here at this Noodles & Company. The pasta is fresh, the flavors are exceptional, and the drink machine is out of this world. Who knew that Raspberry Diet Coke would taste so good? Next time you come to this Noodles & Company, pick up one of their rice crispy treats too -- you wont regret it.

Bland and tasteless convenient pasta. The "steak" that comes in the pasta tastes somewhere between a sponge and a cardboard, no flavor, falls apart easily but is not tender somehow. On top of that you get to see how many calories you are wasting on the food which I guess one positive.

Portion sizes keep getting smaller. I asked for extra vegetables and barely got any even after asking them to remake it, which they did. The food is wonderful, I just wish the price reflected the portions a little better.

I have to say Im not a big fan maybe its what I order. It is simply too spicy for me. I got tomato soup I just didnt think that should have been spicy. My husband ordered meatballs. He was not a fan.

Good place to get quality pasta at a reasonable price. They are relatively quick and tasty. Plus with gluten free options, my wife can eat their without worry.
