This bar deserves two ratings: One for the bar/game scene, and the other rating for the restaurant/food portion. Bar/Game Portion: This place does it entirely right. They have a lot of activities if youre just looking to drink and hang out, and dont have a backyard in Louisville (i.e. - visitors like myself) to hang out in. Drinks are relatively cheap, but I get the impression theyre probably pricey for Louisville as a whole. Food: This is where they deserve a 1 star if not 0 stars. Youre better off eating at McDonalds as the quality there is better. Average = 2.5 Stars, which rounds up to a 3. I hope they see this and improve the menu options. Im in the area a lot on business!

I came to Louisville, with such exciment and high expectations, to attend Live at 4th, featuring "BUSH!". Never did I think as a paying customer, that I would be treated with such POOR SERVICE, or DISTAIN from the Management. Being asked to leave my table so that the manager " BRADS friends" could take the seats. Sighting and I quote" you have to pay to reserve the table you were sitting at, even though there were no signs indicating this fact. Instead he wanted $200.00 from my group, while the #2 tables next to us paid nothing because , they were friends with Brad. Sir you dont deserve your job!!! Awful!!! Just an ASS!!

Brad - the manager, kicks us out of our seats after two hours! We came in, asked if we could use the outdoor seating for the entire concert, both hostess stations said if it was open we could. So after two hours and $250+ in liquor bills, our party of four and 7 other people on the patio get removed due to a new party that booked...... after the concert starts. I pay $200 to reserve my table, to find out the people next to me got it for free since they "knew someone". I complain, and get a $75 tab for my troubles and am told after paying $200 I dont HAVE to sit there. And I can just leave. Would NEVER go back.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. We are here right now for dinner and a concert on 4th Street. We have attempted to get drinks from the server and also at the bar several times. Someone needs to teach the bartender how to take people in order. As far as dinner, after we waited 2 hours for our food, the server came back and said the kitchen was closed down because they ran out of food. Really? Get it together people!!! Avoid this place at all cost.

I decided to go to Fourth Street Live with friends, I decided to go to the tavern during the concert; however, the hostess x2 told me that I could use the terrace seating. Then I was removed by manager Brad. I was then instructed if I wanted to keep my seats that I must reserve a table for $200.00. The 2 tables adjacent to mine was free to friends of the tavern staff.

I liked it here OK. They had good IPAs on draft and the bartender was decently friendly. Some of the games didnt work and one took our money but the staff refunded us. We wanted to get some food around midnight on a recent Saturday and so we sat down in a booth. We waited for maybe 15 minutes and no one came over at all. We went next door to TGI Fridays.

Very large open bar with patios that overlook the rest of the 4th St live district. It has a very unique design with drinks served in mason jars and they have every kind of bar game you can imagine from corn hole, to pool to bocce ball, arcade games. Really fun environment sad we did not find it until our last night in town.

Came here with my daughters basketball team. It was on a Thursday night and was not very busy. We were there for 2 hours!!! It took forever to get our food, and even longer to get our checks!! The food is okay...cold...but okay. Maybe the service wouldve better with a smaller group!

Awesome bar! From our of town and had no clue what fun we were about to walk into. You can play cornhole, bocce ball and all other lawn games, plus a few of the best arcade games and skeeball and bubble hockey. The atmosphere is great and entertainment tops. Dont miss Battleship!

IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. My whole entire family now has stomach aches due to their horribly burnt food. Do NOT eat here. NOT GOOD! The tator tots were harder than rocks. I think I chipped a tooth on one... Plain simple, dont eat here

Service from two separate bartenders was beyond terrible. Appetizer was inedible and our food was only slightly better. I will never come back if you pay me.

Awesome place great beer and the manager went out of his way to take care of us. Would always make this a stop during a hangout on 4th Street!

The worst service Ive ever had. Took 2 hours to get my meal and the hostess and waitress were the rudest people Ive come across. Dont go.
