What a great establishment! I always enjoy going there because of; good food, great service, the prices and of course the fresh flowers are always a nice touch! Today on the other hand... made me appreciate Chick-Fil-A even more. I decided to make lunch for the homeless and thought packets of mayo and mustard would be great for the sandwiches (so they didnt get soggy before I handed them out). I checked Wal-mart to see if they would let me purchase any from them and they turned me down because I didnt give much notice (okay I guess I can understand that to a point) and because I didnt have paperwork with a Tax ID#..... since when do you need a Tax ID# to do something nice for people who are in need... I was even willing to pay for them!!! I left feeling disappointed that such a huge franchise couldnt be a little more flexible, especially for a good cause. On my way home I saw the Chick-Fil-A and decided to give them a shot... not only did they work with my "short notice" BUT, they donated them and said they would be willing to help out again. Every year they also help with donations to my daughters school. What more could you ask for from a business??? I will continue eating there on occasion! Thank you again!

A woman working the register should not be dealing with customers. I didnt see her name tag, but shes an older, heavy set woman with black/grey hair. She is always grumpy. The worst though happened a few days ago. She left the register while I was in the middle of a sentence telling her my order. The reason she walked off? To go tell my son to not play with the cord on the blinds. I know he shouldnt have been playing with it, although he wasnt going to do any damage. What I have a problem with was when she came back behind the counter and complained about it to another employee and made a gesture suggesting that my son is crazy. He is mentally delayed and has other developmental disabilities. So basically she made fun of a special needs kids within ear shot of his mother and everyone else by the counter. If she hates kids so badly, she is surely in the wrong career.

I love Chick fil a and always have but today my credit card would not work and the cashier even tried typing it in but it would not work. I had no other way to pay as all my money was on this card. I said I would be back and go to the bank but she no let me take care of this for you today and I was like are you sure? She said no problem so after eating my 25.00$ order with my kids I went to the bank and got the money out and came back to pay my bill. My 20 year old son tried three times to pay for our meal and she no I wont have it....its my pleasure. I was so happy with how they handled my issue with my card not working then buying my meal I will always choose chick fil a over any restaurant and next time I am going to pay it forward because of what they did for me today. I truly appreciate it and a big thank you to the evening manager on 1/12/15.......You Rock !

Horrible experience twice in a row now, both with different locations. This one had to be the worst. The young kid at the window was very rude. I know it sucks having to work in the real world especially when its busy, but come on! Keep the eye rolling and rude gestures for your high school teachers. All these young kids working there tonight looked so pissed that they even had to be there. Welcome to life, kids! I ordered 3 sandwich meals and as soon as I got home from what I saw in my bag (3 fries, 3 sandwiches) was actually only 2 fries and 2 sandwiches and NO RECEIPT!! I never call and complain after bad service, but I made an exception tonight. The manager was very helpful, which was the only decent part of my experience. My favorite part was a spider running out of one of the sandwich boxes right after I hung up with the manager. Very comforting...

Chick fil a had made or day and was able to teach my kids and myself how wonderful purple really are. I placed an order today of about 12 dollars and realized I had forgotten my wallet so I told the waitress never mind I forgot my wallet. A sweet young man came on the intercom and said no worries your meal is on us today. I said no way, and expected to just drive away. When I got to the window they handed me my food and said have a good day. I was crying and couldnt tell them clearly thank you! Thank you chick fill a so so much for being so generous and blessing our day. We love you!!

Came here with someone else and we made separate orders that were identical. His arrived at the table within 3 minutes of ordering, although after 10 minutes, I had to remind that workers of my missing food. They looked at me like I was crazy and said I needed to continue to wait. After another 5 minutes I received my food and was late for a meeting because of the 15 minute delay.

Chick-fil-A is awesome!! I wanted lunch, called to see if they were serving it and the manager said it took 4-5 min to cook and did we want him to get one ready! I ordered two and they were ready when I got there and they also had the chicken soup ready so we got that too!! After paying, he gave a Be Out Guest card for a treat there for next visit!! Excellent customer service!!

Friendly staff, but always getting my order wrong. They have gf buns, but no one here even knows what gluten is. They offer an allergy alert, but they never follow through. Probably because they dont understand, which would be fine if they didnt advertise as gf. You dont have to understand my allergy, but dont advertise that you do when you dont.

Bar none the best fast food restaurant in Salt Lake. The service is consistently fast, friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and neat and the young staff are very respectful and nice. Food is good quality and always prepared to order. If there is ever an issue they take care of it spot on. Theyve earned a customer for life.

We go here every week because their service is so exceptional! They always help us with our kids and food and its clean and fast and the manager is great! Will give you free extra treats once in a while :) the staff is very friendly and helpful! Love this place! The food doesnt make me sick after eating it either like McDonalds yuck!

Some of the nicest workers Ive met at any fast food place. They make sure to go above and beyond the call of duty. The management there is amazing, and Ive loved planning and being a part of fundraisers there. The food is wonderful and comes just seconds after you order it. Also very impressed with how clean they keep everything.

Presumably the most polite fast food restaurant out there! My wife opened up her sandwich tonight to find nothing between the bun. Not only did they fix the order but they added some cookies and delivered! Seriously impressed!!! Its simple gestures like that will make us loyal customers forever. Thanks so much!!!
