Been going here since they opened. Just went today and was surprised that the business is under new management. The food is not as good. Still good prices. Will miss the original owner who knew me by my first name. (2 Star rating originally) THE REVIEW ABOVE WAS FROM SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. UPDATE 3/30/17 After trying several other Chinese restaurants in the area for take out we were unable to find anything to our liking. I began reading Google reviews and ran across Star House. The recent reviews were pretty much positive so we decided to give it another try. Glad we did. Everything about the food has improved. The soup, egg rolls, scallion pancakes, rice, chicken wings were all very much improved, fresh and tasty. The Yang Chow rice was the biggest improvement but the ginger sauce for the pancakes was still too strong - just not right. I think we are back as regular customers.

One of the biggest reasons I like ordering from Star House is they catch on to the idea that my order is all "veggie" dishes, and they ask if I am a vegetarian. This way, they make a note of it to not make anything using chicken broth or any other animal products. How awesome is that to be so thoughtful and pay close enough attention! O yea, the food is good too.

Star House is great! They are definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I have tried a lot of their dishes and have not been disappointed. Some highlights would be crab rangoons, wings, ginger and scallion lobsters etc.. The staff is helpful and super nice. Just a great restaurant overall, a must try if you havent been here before

Star House is a hidden jewel in Framingham. They have great affordable food and wonderful service. Their lobsters are always reasonably priced. The entrees are large enough to share. The food is never sub par. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal in the area!

Is crappy Chinese food at its best, rundown location, surprised shaking train going by does not rip this place to the ground. Only thing good on the menu is spicy chicken wings, and theyre pretty crappy.

Amazing food for the price!! Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants good food for cheap. Combination platters are 10$ and come with rice, main entree, and appetizer. Quick Delivery too!

20 bucks for spare ribs n pork fried rice...when in ri I can get spare ribs, pork fried rice, small fries and 3 cans of soda for 9.50. Good food
