Worst experience ever at this location, went in at 6:01 p.m ordered 3 things and had been told 20 min wait, the monitor screen said ready at 6:15, which would lead one to believe might be a bit under cooked, then they called me to the counter at 6:18 p.m because it was ready. Went to eat and the new garlic stuffed crust pizza ball thing they had for super bowl, had no garlic taste and was over cooked, the wings and bbq sauce tasted raw and bland and the cheese bread looked over cooked didnt even eat that at all, I would with out a second thought I usually call and complain although I do not live in that area anymore and dont want replacement food from there if their management is going down hill like that, they never had bad food there for 2 years previous to today. Not sure what or who happened but it wasnt good. I have reason to truthfully believe they had the pizza already made and just in a warmer which ruins the product and the same with the cheesy bread and the wings were thrown in last min. and not even done. Busy because of any reason or occasion should not take away from the product being sold and management should have had a better handle on that pre made products. Im very disappointed tonight in a very usually good store. For $38 something dollars it should have been a lot better then it had been.

We previously moved to where this pizza hut is closest to us- we have ordered from them twice. 4 pizzas, altogether on 2 separate occasions and my goodness Ill tell you they dont know how to cut a pizza. I should have taken a photo... Both times. One piece was seriously 2 bites of pizza and then crust while another piece was big. And this time- I took a bite and got a piece of hair THAT WAS NOT MINE in my mouth- and it wrapped around my tongue! (Nasty right?) It looked as though it was there while it went through the oven because it was more "in the cheese" vs sitting on top. My hell. And Idk if this is a normal pizza hut thing- but once the food came out of the oven and they had it in a box- they just threw the pans on THE FLOOR. I dont care if they have to be washed or not... That wasnt very eye appealing.

Usually dont have a problem with pizza hut, but tonight was the worst pizza we have received..it was cold when we got it and one of the pizzas was burnt and hard as a rock, the bread sticks and the cookie was hard as well..I called and complained and they said they was out of crust and offered to replace with a different crust...then when the pizza was delivered he only arrived with ONE pizza..I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut for a while

Had three employees come up to the counter where I was standing, and not say a word. They all looked right at me then went back to what they were doing. All I wanted to do was pick up my pizza. I had already paid on line and came 5 minutes later than my pick up time to make sure it was ready. Just bad customer service. I know you guys are busy, but I couldnt have made it any easier on you.....

Today 5-3-16 was the worst food I have been served at this location. Need to teach the 3 husky guys working how to cook food. The pizza crust was burnt, and there was little to no cheese on the pasta dish. Please have the wonderful lady that usually services my orders teach them a thing or two.

There is a closer Pizza Hut to my house but this the one we go to. The staff is always pleasant. My wife is picky and likes to customize our orders, other Pizza Huts tell us they cant do it but this one ids always accommodating.

The best pizza place Ive been to and ordered from. Consistently over the last few years has had the best staff Ive ever seen. Fast deliveries, food cooked perfectly, good deals, and delicious wings!

This pizza was horrible. The crust tasted horrible. It was so bad we took one bite and returned it to the store. I will never order from here again. The one on hill field is much better!

The cheese bread/sticks where over cooked. If It was a restaurant.. I would have sent them back. The pizza had very little toppings! Disappointed....
