Ya know... I dont understand the hype about this place. Lets start off by giving it praise so you dont think this is a negative thing. they have good food, they have good service, and they are popular with good reason I suppose. However, nothing about their food screams "amazing" or "exceptional!" I find myself eating there and always being happy with it but never thinking "What would I do without first Watch in my life?" It seems like the hype about the place facilitates people who like it to think like that. Yes its good, no its nothing ridiculously amazing.

The service was excellent, and the food was even better. I went on a Sunday morning between 10-10:30, and there was a bit of a wait. The hostess told us 30-40 minute wait. They do have a community table that you can sit at if there are enough seats open if you dont mind strangers company. I got the Chickichanga from their Egg-sclusive menu, and I have to say I wasnt disappointed in the least. It was very delicious. The whole staff is just really friendly. I recommend checking First Watch out.

The manager was incredibly rude to myself and my husband. We came in on a Friday afternoon, and the manager felt it was appropriate to come over to our table in and condescendingly tell us that we were sitting too close and that we should not be holding hands. We were so shocked that we left without food. I will never return to this establishment, and would not recommend it to anyone.

They have a new menu I miss the Vera Cruz sauce with the Santa Fe chicken omlet. The other huge issue for me is they stopped carrying mustard. I LOVE mustard on my food so it did not taste the same without it. Hoping they will at least bring back the mustard. I cant be the only person that wants it.

Much too small for how popular it is. They have a long wait every day for lunch. I cant tell you how many times weve tried to go here and then continued on to Silver Ladle instead because there was a line out the door. Get there at 11AM or 1PM if you want lunch, not in between.

They have great food, but the wait on weekends is ridiculous. The length of the wait has only gotten WORSE since they introduced the "No Wait" app. However, I guess this means you can wait it out on your couch at home now if you know this and download the app ahead of time.

Great place to meet for good food and conversation. A regular place for me. Only caveat, basic light salad dressing choices are limited. I wish they had a simple Italian and a simple balsamic vinaigrette. Maple or lemon are interesting, but not everyones cup of tea.

I called them and they were just plain rude. Asked them for help with the menu to find vegan items and I was told to just go through the menu online. If this is the experience on the phone, I dont even want to see what its like in person.

Love love love this place wouldve given it 5 stars until today I walk in and discover they have gotten rid of the balsamic dressing and replaced it with a lemon balsamic. It was the best balsamic I had ever tasted and I am sad.

so....average restaurant in a town where there are not many good breakfast places makes it seem like an amazing breakfast place. youll end up here if you dont want frischs or bob evans....or cracker barrel.
