After a grueling day at work and edging on the side of "hangry," I succumbed and ordered a pizza from your establishment. Assuming, since this isnt my first Pizza Hut rodeo, I knew I could count on it arriving at my doorstep within at least 30-40 mins. It wasnt until I had pressed, “submit" that I discovered that the wait would be over an hour. Had I been privy to this wait time scandal prior to committing to your grease filled circle of cheesy heaven I would have made other arrangements. But, alas; I WAITED FOR THE DAMN PIZZA. Finally, after over an hour and 20 minutes, I hear a knock. The delivery guy with absolutely no character tears open the to-go pizza “heater” contraption and hands me my pie, with attitude, as if I took time away from something he was doing that was more important, oh and it was a good thing I knew the cost because we probably would have just stood there and stared at one another as he had obvious issues with communication. We exchange “thanks and goodnight” courtesies, I shut the door and retreat to the kitchen where I can finally curtail the stomach growling. Box open, slice in hand, take my first bite, and to my dismay it’s cold. The hot, cheesy, fresh pizza that I had been anticipating for over an hour was cold. “Was this pizza made in Antarctica? Was the driver delivering from your Alaska location? Is there an arctic freeze outside?” These are some of the questions I had going through my head as I reluctantly continued to eat this ice storm of a pizza disaster. “Why didn’t you put it in the Microwave?” you might ask yourself. Well, I’ll tell you. I’m lazy and that’s why I ordered the pizza to begin with.

My wife and I ordered some pizza these guys just over a month ago, it came to us cold and with no sauce!!! No sauce? I called and ask if some mistake had been made. They "forgot the sauce" and offered to make me another order which would be another hour, I said no and the "manager" gave me a "credit". I called a month later and they had no record of a credit and no record of my order made in July... just the one months before that. I spoke with two shift managers who finally let me talk with the Real manager. Real manager found the mysterious order but no credit. Said oh I cant do anything for you. I told him I was disgusted and would file complaints and post on everywhere and tell everyone I could not to do business with his store. he didnt care.. hopefully you the customer will see this and not lose out on your hard earned 25 bucks.

Worst service EVER! ordered pizza yesterday, while placing my order I was told that they were "out of sausage". So I continued with my order of 2 ultimate stuffed crust pizzas. I was told it would be ready at 7:20 arrived at 7:15 and was told "just 5 more minutes". I sat down and waited, and waited, finally at 7:50 I got my pizza. After I got home I realized that the sausage they were "out of" mysteriously found its way into my stuffed crust. A little irritated I just ate the pizza. While checking my bank account today I found that I had been double charged, now my 2 pizzas cost me $58.20. I called and spoke to the shift manager who told me she couldnt do anything for me and to call back in the morning when the store manager was there. Believe me I will be calling and it will be the LAST time I call on this pizza hut for anything!

We live close so its is convenient, however due to the horrible service and unprofessional staff we order from the one in West Valley. Last visit was horrible, the girls there were saying "LIKE we are BFFL right"! and chatting instead of getting my order which I had paid for and it said ready on the screen but I ended up waiting 30 more mins on top of the 15 I had already waited for them to remember me. Then on top of that I checked it and I had ordered a specific sauce and crust, the pizza had no sauce on it at all which they did apologize for and my bread sticks were missing. This is the 3rd time experiencing this type of service and they dont even try to rectify the situation. I will never ever order their again and recommend to everyone in my area they dont either.

Placed an online order, received an email saying my order was confirmed, and also got a text message to track my order. Waited an hour and the order stayed as "we are cooking your order" called the store they pulled my order up by my phone number and was told my order was canceled by the manager, they said they tried to call me but I "gave them the wrong number" keep in mind they pulled my order up by my number and I received a text. Aslo was told my card was declined but I have an email saying it processed. Spoke with the manager and he didnt seem to really care. He asked to reprocess the order and I told them forget it. Placed an order with a different pizza place. Wont order from this location again.

We just went to this branch of Pizza Hut, and pre ordered a large pizza with breadsticks on the internet. It said it would be ready at 7:30. Well, we get there 10 minutes early, and they say, oh, it will be just 10 minutes. So, I sat there and waited. And waited, and waited and waited and waited. Finally, after ONE HALF HOUR AFTER my pizza was supposed to be done, i go up to the counter to ask if it is done, and they say oh, just another 10 minutes. when we got home, finally, our pizza was cool and had NO SAUCE, and our breadsticks were overcooked, hard, and tasteless, and the marinara dipping sauce that came with it was ICE COLD! I will never do business with this Pizza Hut EVER again!!!!

This pizza hut use to be the worst pizza hut I have ever encountered and ordered from. But in the past 3 months since new management has taken over and a revamp of employees. This has turned out to be the BEST pizza hut I have ever ordered from. They use to before the new management forget my crust flavors, leave off toppings, bring me cold ass pizza that has sat in the car waiting for delivery for over 55 minutes!!!... NOT ANYMORE... they have been making the most perfect pizza hut pizzas, not had a single mistake yet, and no more cold pizzas!!!.... Way to go guys!!! Please keep up the great work!!!

Well first time i ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce and they gave me a cheesy dough pizza ...2nd time i went in ordered same thing but instead gave me an alfredo pasta instead so they made a pizza with alfredo sauce or so they said but when i got home it was doughy and just plain cheese with a few pieces of chicken...whoopdy do . never again. Big daddys all the time now. And i over heard the girl on the phone calling a customer saying that her pizza only had a few pepperoni on it so they made her another one...same problem so she told the lady shed just give her 2 pizzas...um lame...
