Super fast drive-thru because they have 3 people outside taking orders and money during busy times. I love that the employees seem happy to be there, and they bring your food to you, and sometimes clear your trays. The playground is a little crowded and none of the other parents are in there. (It seems like every time we go kids are fighting and crying. My 2-year-old got choked by a 6-year-old once. Yesterday, a 7-year-old intentionally jumped off the playground onto my 1-year-old.) Nonetheless, it is a good place to burn some energy on a cold winter day. We love their lemonade and frosted lemonade.

We always love Chic-fil-a. This location is very popular, so if school lets out early, theres a 15 minute wait. Usually though, very efficient and of course incredibly happy and helpful staff. Our only gripe with this location is they dont have Powerade. Not sure why. All the other locations do. But their yummy tea and iced coffee make up for it. Play place is usually clean and fun, and the population for this particular location is more....shall we say....upper class. If youve never been to Chic-fil-a before, this would be a good one to hit for your first time!

This location is always way too understaffed for how much traffic they get. No matter what day of the week, time of the day, it always takes at the bare minimum 15 minutes for me to just put in my order for food (whether its through the drive thru, or inside). They dont have good drink choices and often are out of the drink choices they do have. Every time Ive gotten food from this location its not fresh. Very disappointed that this is the closest Chick Fil A to me because I will not be going back here anymore.

The drive thru is efficient, they take your order, including sauce preference: they read 8t back, they relay it again when you pay, and the repeat it once more when they hand you the bag---they state: "2 Chick-fil-a sauces" so why would you look? WELL YOU SHOULD because AGAIN they forgot my sauce!!! How hard is this drive-thru job, I mean you got the food, and the drink with no ice right.... who the heck eats nuggets without sauce, and who says the sauce if they forget to put it in?!?!? Grrr!

I work a night job And it was nice to not have to go somewhere and only get breakfast food but now this location Has forced to to order their breakfast most breakfast menus are terrible this is no exception I personally dont like eggs and chicken I would prefer to order their lunch menu cent its technically my dinner time When I told them the other chick filets still serve lunch they rudely said well we dont so I wont be giving my business to this location ever again nor should you

My issues is that other family members like this place more than I do. There just isnt anything exciting on the menu, it is the same limited menu over and over again. I get that chicken is their schtick, but cant they think of some other way to serve chicken - like a BBQ chicken pizza, an Asian chicken salad, chicken alfredo. Just give me something different than chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich or lettuce with a chicken breast on it!

My daughter hid her cell phone in a stack of napkins and I threw it in the trash without knowing. We came back hours later, mu daughter in tears, and asked if we could dig thru their trash to find it. Three smiling employees pulled bags out of the dumpster and helped us find the phone. Can you guess what their response was when I thanked them? "Its our pleasure". I would give them six stars if I could. Location is always busy.

SoJo Chick Fil-A never ceases to amaze me! They are always so thoughtful about what will make customers comfortable and happy! I love the mats that stick to the table to make a clean place for messy kids to eat from, the Cheerios for hungry kids who have to wait in line, the fresh flower center pieces. Their customer service is top-notch for a fast food joint! And, of course, they have the best chicken nuggets in town!

This is the best fast food option, they are always happy and I still dont know how they get 7.50 an hour employees to say its my pleasure several times in your order. They are great and i love the daily deals that come to my phone, they often change my daily meal plan because of their cool little texts reminders. Great job, Id love to go thru their new-hire orientation to figure out their secret sauce for service.

Food is good just really dislike the right wing so called family values party rethuglican owner. If my son didnt like it I wouldnt spend a penny at any Chick-fil-A Also they need a way better way of getting to go orders out inside the store. Put a number on the receipt and call it out over the loud speaker. They take your name then walk around whispering your name trying to find you over the 100 decibel noise.

This is the only fast food restaurant that will get 5 stars from me. Mostly because I love the breakfast, the chicken biscuits are amazing. Everyone I know who eats them absolutely love them. I also love their service, they are friendly, helpful and prompt. They never get the order wrong. You can tell that Chick-fil-A care that they guests have a great experience. They also have really good shakes.

The food was awesome as always! I am giving a 5 star review, because I usually have a great experience. But this last visit I had to put up with a teenage cashier with an attitude. Long story short, this sixteen year old told me my order was messed up because I didnt explain what I wanted. The manager gave me a refund and was really nice. But I wish they wouldnt employee entitled little brats.

Theyre finding ways to handle incredible traffic loads (when schools have fundraising nights) very efficiently. Aside the fact that their food is the best. Theyre clean when theyre not overloaded, which is often because of how much our community loves this place. They do better than any other place with the resources they have. If you dont like them ... I dont like you.

Chick-fil-A is hands down the best chicken fast food joint around. this location is great. the staff are awesome. I come to this location a lot, especially because they have a good play area for my son to play in, and the staff has always been super friendly. I wish more fast food joints were as friendly. their breakfast menu is really good and their shakes are money!

Great food. Wish they would do more to prevent drivers from cutting in line by driving by the JC Penny, its pretty frustrating when there is already a line by the stop sign waiting so they dont cause gridlock. Also realizing that you need at least 3 Chick Fil-a sauces with a large meal haha. Other than that they deal with large amounts of customers very efficiently.

Great food no matter when you go. I have rarely had an issue with my order not being filled correctly, and when this happened, they are quick to apologize and provide great customer service. The owner is also very nice and respectable. This location is always clean, fairly busy, but quick to get your food to your table or your car in the drive thru.
