Dont be deterred by the longest lines in the food court! At Chick-fil-A, you can always count on a quality meal with a pretty short wait, while avoiding that terrible feeling of regret in your gut that often accompanies lunch from some of the other fast food chains in the food court. The Spicy Chicken Deluxe with waffle fries is my go-to order, and I recommend asking for the Chick-fil-A sauce with anything you order. The lemonade is also excellent. Hint: The service is very friendly and will gladly refill your drinks for free! Just skip the line and walk up to the counter.

Always a lunch time favorite! This location is super popular with all the offices downtown. There is usually a HUGE line, but these guys have mastered the art of fast accurate service. I havent waited for more than 5 minutes in line and then less than that for them to hand me my food. The manager is always awesome! They always put free food cards in my bag so I keep coming back for more. Love it!!!! Great food and prices

I frequent this location on a regular basis. This morning the small coffee that came with the breakfast combo meal, was luke-warm at best, and I was disappointed with the sausage, egg, cheese biscuit- it was a little on the greasy side, particularly the biscuit. Next time I will stick with my regular choice of breakfast here (the chicken burrito).

Say what you want about the brand, but these guys know how to train their staff. Love the food and the service and that has me coming back time and time again. A brand that sticks up for its values is something that I admire. And if that same brand also makes great food then they can consider me a long-term customer.

The food court at City Creek gets very busy at lunchtime and the line for Chick-fil-A seems to often be the longest. However, the line moves very fast and they are serving the orders just as fast. Its a well-oiled machine at this location and there is never a very long wait no matter how long the line.

For how busy it gets, this Chick-Fil-A handles it SO well. They will literally yell out customers names if they cannot be heard over the hundreds of people there are in the food court. Thats going the extra mile. Thank you for excellent service City Creek Chick-Fil-A!

Although it was the longest line during the lunch rush, I bet they had the fastest service! The food is still great and their customer service was still as pleasant as always! Well done staff and a bravo to the manager(s) who keep it fast and friendly!

Yes it is chicken and fast food, but for Christmas I received some gift cards. So will be eating here more often. A bit pricier food but so yummy. The only place I order fries. Also lookup the day they offer free food for dressing up.

Can never go wrong at Chick-Fil-A. Food is very good. Service is even better. The downtown one is usually crazy busy at lunch, but it is worth it. And they move the line pretty quick. They are not open early for breakfast, however.

Consistently wonderful. Great manners. Great staff. Food is always high quality. You can go to Nashville, Idaho Falls, and SLC and always have the same experience! Chik Fil A is, by fast food standards, the best of the best.

Ive gone here many times and it doesnt matter if its during lunch time and its packed FULL with people because they are super efficient. They get the food out to you within 3 minutes. Incredible speed and super tasty!
