The buffet was great, the food was kept stocked up and tasted as it should. However this lost two stars for a couple reasons; one being that the floor was filthy and littered with food or trash every few steps. I understand its hard to clean when your busy, but it takes mabye 5-10 minutes to go around with a powerless vacuum to clean up a bit. As for the other problem, the waitress visited are table 4 times with short intervals in between to ask if we needed anything, and then after leaving the bill she didnt come back for a whole 20 minutes to pick it up or ask if we needed anything else.

My family and I have not been to this restaurant in several years, since the food seemed to have gone down hill. They have remodeled recently, and we decided to give it another try, maybe we would get lucky. The service seemed like it would be good, at first. However, after we got drinks we waited 30 minutes and did not get to order food. The servers seemed to just ignore us. People kept coming in, getting seated, and ordering, but nobody paid any more attention to us. We left $10 on the table and walked out. We will not be going back for a long time, if ever.

We had my sons 11th birthday here in the party room and I was a little skeptical but our server was awesome- she was very nice and attentive- I always appreciate good hospitality especially when its a family function. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience. Our waitress even came in to wish my son a very happy birthday and gave him a special gift right before we were about to leave- I was very happy to tip her well. Only reason I did not give a 5 star was because it was freezing cold in the room.

The buffet is awesome! Im an ex-employee from another location and never had a buffet in a Pizza Hut before this. They make a good variety of pizzas, including one with my favorite garlic parm sauce. Theres even a warm dessert apple/berry pizza pie on thin crust with icing on top! Ordered takeout and was impressed by the quality and accuracy also. This place seems to be running in top form.

The mens restroom needs cleaning bad. Smells like urine that hasnt been mopped up. The brass bars on top of the booths are filthy finger prints and grease on them as well as the cloth on the booth upholstery needs cleaning. My wife and grandaughter didnt even want to lean back in the booths.

It was my first Pizza Hut in US. Pizza was soooo delicious! My friend and I were really impressed by the food quality somewhere on the way to GC. Then we tried couple of the chain restaurants in different places - wasnt even close to pizza we had here.

Always have a good meal here. The pizza tastes much better fresh. Buffet is good for a quick lunch or to take kids. This location also has a fryer so the wings are better in my opinion because theyre fried not baked. My daughter loves coming here

Showed up at 9:15pm. They dont close till 10pm. They told us they would take us but they never sat us down. They pretended to clean tables and never sat us down. We were waiting for 20 minutes and just left. In N Out has great service.

Rather come to this one then the other on stockton hill. The manager working tonight is awesome. I believe her name was Amber. Shes super friendly and definitely believes in customer service. And the pricing isnt too bad. :)

The temperature of the food did not meet my standard. Even the pizza that were freshly put out were cold. I wouldnt recommend eating their buffet but their take out orders are 10 times better.

Apart from the pizzas you also can have all you can eat from the salad bar. Pizzas come in fresh from the kitchen. An issue I found was parking at the rear was not lighted.

The food is consistently good. Tried the wings with garlic parmesean and spicy garlic sauce and enjoyed both. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I rarely have to wait.

Company owned store does NOT honor advertised specials, workers are uniformed or dont choose to tell why a $10 pizza is $14+. I found a different pizza place.

Recently remodeled. Looks very nice. Employees are nice and attentive. There is an all you can eat buffet in the afternoons. Other than that...its Pizza Hut!
