The kid who answered the phone didnt even answer the phone right. "Pizza Hut this is (name)" is not very welcoming. He stayed quiet until I had to say "i would like to order a delivery" then he got my info I told him my address that he read back to me was no longer my address, (simple fix right? Apparently wrong) he completely backed out of the order process had to re get my info. Acted like it was a total inconvenience for him and then read the same wrong address back to me so I said again "no, I have moved, like previously mentioned." And then he just flat out hung up on me. Very rude service. I understand that it may have been his first day on phones but I know there is a script you are required to follow. I called back and Kevin took my order and he was very efficient and polite (like how it should be done, the first time) I usually get great service from this location but this was very unprofessional.

I am not one to normally rate or review places, but the Herriman Pizza Hut deserves a huge shout out! I went with my 3 little kids and they did everything they could to make simply picking up a pizza an experience to remember! They let my kids watch their pizza being made, gave them stickers, etc. The workers there made their whole day! Thank you Pizza Hut!

The only reason I go is for the food, they always lump up on my order and tell me extracheese is not part of "any way you like it" but! I can get an everything on it pizza... Not very logical, oh well until the food disappoints ill have to deal with it..

The pizzas not bad, but the employees are always super sweaty and covered in food. Especially one boy with long hair that always has it down in his face. Im not usually squirmish but its a bit gross to think who made my pizza.

Order a pizza a few months ago and it was all doughy and gross.The manager gave me my money back in store credit. I called today to use it and they told me it was expired. Taking my business else wear.

Beware!! I found a wood chip in my pizza in my first bite! It was a very frustrating experience and the employee did not seem to care. They thought it was a big joke.Thankfully, they remade the pizza.

We had a problem last time and got a credit for it. We used that credit tonight and it was AMAZING! everything was so good and hot! I think we will be ordering more often! Thanks Herriman Pizza hut!
