Customer service unacceptable, my friend and I work hard and going out is supposed to be a treat, instead manager on duty was very cold and act like we are bothering her for coming in. Chicken tuff seems under cook, soda machine was out of everything, when we inquired about the issue manager on duty she acted like its no big deal, not apologetic at all, its about after 830 pm and while we were eating she was flipping the chairs and table loudly and eating out that night was awful, we would not recommend this store unless this woman is not there.

Very good chicken wings and sauce varieties. Always good to clip a coupon to bring the $$$ down a little. The sides are okay but they are missing something. I think they have fixed the issue with the A/C where even when it was 100 degrees out it felt like you needed a winter coat in there. The people working there are very polite and customer oriented.

I dont care what the food is like or how good their wings are. If I show up to a restaurant and the staff is rude, obnoxious, swearing, talking about having sex, racial dating preferences, Ill eat anywhere else.

We ordered the mango habanero, garlic parmesan, cajun, atomic, and Louisiana rub flavored wings and they were good. I especially liked the mango habanero flavor the best as well as their fries.

I tried ordering here for pick up and the lady on the phone was so rude. Ive ordered wing stop at the rancho and sunrise location and have never encountered a problem.
