The only reason I am giving two stars its because the customer service was good. Unfortunately the food was not. The chicken was not cooked all the way nor were my Fries. I dont understand why since I orders no salt or sugar on them which means I would of gotten a freshly cook batch. On top of that all my fries were ends. Very frustrating I love wing stop but its obvious the problems are the cooks. Will not return to this location. Will continue to keep going to the trinity parkway location even though I live in Lodi and Im one mile away from this location.

I love the food here and the staff is always friendly. The issue is, their Coca-Cola drink machine (that is supposed to be loaded with options) NEVER has a damn thing you want. Ive used these machines at several locations and this is the only one that cant seem to manage keeping the matching functioning correctly. GET IT FIXED and stay on top of it.

Absolutely horrific customer service! The white girl "manager" Marissa (if thats her real name) is a hoodrat who does not need to be employed! The way I was treated was ridiculous. How someone could employ such an awful human being with no regards to clientele or customer retention is beyond me. She needs to be delt with.

Bought 10piece lemon pepper lastnite wings where not cooked they where still bleeding worse winstop I ever been to fries was old and hard will NEVER go there again manager needs check night crew before somebody gets sick from uncooked chicken.

I go there several times monthly. Love the menu and the product. Gets busy at times but always clean and employees are courteous and efficient. I recommend this store to all.

I ordered ahead and still had to wait 20 min. All the chicken was dry and over cooked. I couldnt even cut my chicken strip with a metal fork. Very disappointed.
