WATCH YOUR BILL-BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS !!!! Ordered more than $40 worth of food and drinks and when food came one of the items wasnt really what I asked waitress for because we had already given back menus when we added one more item garlic fries, we werent told they had parmesan cheese or what they call aioli sauce, (they need to look up what aioli sauce is and the color light egg yellow) it was told to us yes we have garlic fries, and when they came we all couldnt figure out what they were, they had a cream color sauce nearly any garlic flavor and lemony miracle whip taste with shaved parmesan over it and thats not what we ordered. Then when bill came they had a sampler platter which has fries, mozzarella sticks, and something else, which we didnt have, SO WHATCH YOUR BILL, THAT WAS $12.49or99 and when we brought these two thing to our waitresses attention she seemed like thats to bad she said you ordered it, but I asked for the mgr. And for her less than $1.00 worth of product(fries-littles bit of garlic aioli parmesan sauce) she had an even worse attitude and turned her back on us and walked away after I asked her if she knew what aioli sauce was because I am a retired chef and she said ya and I then said then she would know that this was actually not aioli and she walked away never and was VERY RUDE and SHOULD NEVER BE A MANAGER OR IN A PUBLIC POSITION, MAYBE, back office.(go back to rainbow fields, no we play ball there and thats probably why you DONT work there anymore either, you give public relations a bad name. I hope your not the owner it was our first time here AND WE WILL NEVER BE BACK !!!

2 Stars because the food was pretty good. Service was awful though. Went here when it was pretty busy but other restaurants manage that just fine. Nobody wanted to help us be seated, they just said "well be with you in a moment" and then walked away, when another employee saw us standing there out of place he said we can sit anywhere and we just picked out spot. After sitting down we were completely forgotten, and after 5 minutes I got up to go ask for a menu. After ordering an appetizer and our wings it probably took 30-35 minutes before any of our food came out. The waitress literally clocked off and while being off the clock and with her sweater on and her belongings she quickly walked over and just dropped the food on the table without even saying anything to us....and we only got drink refills as we were FINISHING! Also had to ask for silverware from TWO waiters until it finally came. The most uncomfortable part of this visit was what I believe to be the manager. He got uncomfortable close to the table when asking us if we were going to order dessert and rushed our payment. He seemed very passive aggressive and made dealing with him uncomfortable. Hes either very stressed or hates his job and shows it.

I love the food here. We go every Thursday night for the wing special, and its fantastic. The service has been downhill though. I used to come in with my father and we never had a problem being waited on. Since its on my way home from work I go in for the pickup by myself. Ever since then Ive had to wait excessively or ignored entirely. Now, I understand when its one waitress trying to help three or four people at once she needs a second but, Ive been told to "hang on a second" for literally fifteen minutes or more. Ive had waitresses gossiping about who is coming in that night while Im staying there STILL waiting. And the fact the waitress or waiter is just standing there doing nothing clocked in or not annoys me. Ive worked in a restaurant before and that was not allowed. The manager needs to man up, stop trying to be their friends, and tell her employees to stop messing around while customers are waiting.

Food was good but Service was bad! As we walked in there was No hostess. one of the employees saw us and just told us to sit wherever we want. When the waitress came to our table she was not wearing a name tag nor told us her name and did not even welcome us! Not good customer service. Then when we ordered food took long for it to arrive after we ordered. When we finished waitress just gave us our check and did not even ask us how everything was or ask us to come back. Not very good customer service. Employees have to make customers feel comfortable and want to come back. Dont think I will be back anytime soon

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Out of all the times me and boyfriend had went there, our last visit was terrible! They bring our wings and forget we had ordered fries too.No plates. No napkins. We had asked for Ranch and they didnt even bring it to us, let alone ask us if were doing okay and ask if our food was okay. REALLY? Because of experiences like this, I would not recommend anyone going there. It has halted me from ever wanting to go to this place again. I would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop at this point. WINGS AND RINGS WONT FIX YOUR ORDER IF THEY MESSED UP AND THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE MEAL.

This place is horrible! !!! Would never go back.. the food is good but service sucks.. asked for lemon for my water and the owner told me herself she no longer offers lemon or lime because customers would ask for it with water and tea.. thats bullshit!!!then to top it off the waiters have to wash their own dishes for their next table .. woowww never heard of that.. after eating waiting another 20 min. For the check.. word of advice ask for what ever you want all at once and maybe just maybe youll get half of it.. top it off look in the corners they are full of cob webs like they have never cleaned the place..

great food, frindly staff,all around very pleasant atmosphere. The owner came to our table to introduce herself and asked if we needed anything and how was the food. I really loved the boneless chicken with garlic parmigiano sauce. the onion rings were fresh and not greasy .we also ordered the cheese sticks for an apptizer they were done just rite not melted too much just perfect. This was my first time going to this establishment and I will be going back. so tell your friends this is the place to go for great food ,great service ,and to watch sports. T.V . at a very reasonable price 5+ stars. .

Food is good but its very unorganized here... As Im waiting for my "15 minute" take-out order, I can here a couple of workers discuss about many problems that are happening within the waitresses. People are waiting for tables and orders are not being taken and tables are not being cleaned. After waiting 45 minutes for my "15 minute" order, I finally receive it and I go home. BUT, it doesnt end there, I come home to see I received the wrong order. Now I come back and wait even more to receive my correct order...

The food was pretty good, but service was awful. It was my friend and Is first time being there, so we didnt know that we couldnt bring outside drinks in. We only had two drinks but when we got seated, our server was very rude about our drinks. We said we were sorry but she was very rude and sarcastic while we were there. Mind you, we are only 15. I shouldve taken my money and went to subway or Panda Express , where they have kind workers. I will never come here again.
