I ordered a 10 pc classic and my 18min wait turned into 45min. People who came in after I did received their order way before mine and there orders were large. It wasnt even busy when I got there and even after me. I was talking with another lady and she agreed that the orders that were mostly coming out were the boneless orders. This was during the hours between 3-4pm. When I arrived, there were only 4 people sitting down and 2 people ahead of me by the time I ordered. There were 4 people working 2 male and 2 females. I know it just opened, but it should not have took that long.

I called in my order, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. So when I got there, I asked was my order ready. It wasnt. They said it would be 20 minutes, I said thats what you told me when I called in the order. 20 minutes turned into 40 minutes. I waited so long, I asked that I have something for my inconvenience, they said I cant do that. I said yes, you can I waited longer than I was suppose to, hadnt I paid already. I would of been gone. From the time I called in my order was 1 hour. I got a order of boneless chicken wings. My first and last time there. Go to Smittys

Horrible experience, the chicken was under cooked, I had to go home and put it in the oven, we were the first and only people when they opened and the food took forever (just to have to chicken under cooked) two girls were in the back eating, the guy cooking the chicken was running his mouth to the undressed employee who came up to the job with his friends. The only one with customer service was the chick working the register. I almost took a video of this behavior but our food was ready and my husband had to be at work. So unprofessional.

Man... Let me start with 30 minute wait and I was the only customer. Than I ask for baked rolls to go with my order and its simply not available. Why was it on the menu? Store was clean and staff was friendly, but it could have been better if the speed of service and accuracy of my order would have been correct. Instead of bagging my food Togo they made it for "here" which caused another delay. Food was good though. And thats why they get 3 out of 5 from.

Good food, okay on price. They need to get a better syatem for taking phone orders. They mistakenly disconnect you and will put you right back on hold and accidentally hang up on you at their next call. Customer service is hands down A+, made me come back to add an extra star to a 5* experience.

This south location SUCKS...They put very little seasoning on the fries ! The rools are hardly ever cooked correctly...They was out of butter for the rolls tonight WTH. THEY DONT HAVE THE NEW SODA MACHINE LIKE THE NORTH LOCATION.

I like my Frys well done here otherwise they seem soggy. They tend to be slower than their estimate goes when they say well have it ready in 30 mins I have waited closer to 45 more than a few times now.. But its worth the wait

Bathroom was disgusting and the food was incredibly overpriced for the level of mediocrity I recieved. The lemon chicken tasted like pine sol (smelled amazing but was utterly inedible).
