I lift heavy weights as a hobby, So, it requires me to eat a certain amount a food. I go to this place minimum 4 to 6 times a week. So, Im a regular customer. Today, as usual, I made my order by phone saying "Please reserve me a 1 whole chicken dark meat, and Well Done". Again at the cashier, I repeated my order (because I noticed before even get there something is not right. Im very familiar with their voice and tone because I go there often). I knew I was right when I looked at his face(looked guilty). Then the cashier said, "yeah yeah sure". After getting home, I opened it, and It was not what I asked for. Also, I doubted him in the second place when he charged me $12.87 instead of $13.87. Please do yourself a favour, and dont cheat to your own customers. Thats not ethical. Without our support, you wont have a business, and dont forget karma is very dangerous, if you believe in it. He could have said they dont have dark meat. That could have saved me time, distance I traveled, and my loyalty to Don Pollo. If the owner/ Owners are reading this, please be aware of those silly mistakes you fail to avoid will cost you more in the long run.

Ive have ordered lunch from this place a few times before, the chicken is great,but on my last visit I noticed that the chicken has gotten smaller. I felt like I was eating a cornish hen instead of a CHICKEN!!! I hope this place does not turn into those places that at OPENNING time provide GREAT SERVICE(to attract customers). Then after a few months they start cutting back on the quality and quantity of the food and service.

Brought the whole family here on a vacation and had a FANTASTIC meal all around. The chicken was perfectly cooked and wonderfully flavorful. We got some of each side dish and loved all of them- especially the yucca. Were trying to see if we can get back here for more before we head home at the end of our trip.

Holy goodness this food is good. All of it. Best rotisserie chicken Ive ever had. My girlfriend and I get the family feast for four, a whole chicken and four large sides. Such a good deal and theres nothing like having leftovers from here. I recommend the corn pico, black bean pico, and yucca fries especially.

Yummy and flavorful chicken; not too salty. Price not too bad. Nice isnt too bad especially if you get the family set and split the cost. Big portions on the sides. Would come back. Their bread pudding definitely worth a try.

The bread pudding is the best Ive ever tasted!!! I live in Connecticut, and come to Maryland at least 2x a yr, for the chix fried yuca & dessert to top it all off. Yummy in my tummy.

Really great food. The chicken is just as good as the other acclaimed local spots. Most customers are carry out but there is also dine in seating. All customers order at the counter.

It has the best food ever its nice meal and its just goodness in your mouth. I get a 1/4 dark with black beans and rice and I put the green sauce in its heaven go there no regrets.

The skin is crispy and well seasoned. The meat is tender and juicy. I have never had a bad meal here. Try the breast with rice & beans and Yuca, you wont regret it.
