I wish that theyd specify the wings were dry rub instead of sauce which i was thinking they would be. went in on tuesday at about 9:30, and they had told me the wait time would be about 17 minutes when i was the only one there (sounded unbelievable to me). though they were just over estimating just so that no one would complain about the time if it took longer. i also found out that the sauces such as ranch and blue cheese cost $1 each. really, a $1 for sauce where most other places give them out free?

The counter help accidentally placed the wrong flavor on my order. Rather than simply remake the order the on duty manager Alissa decided to pull the ticket an explain to me what I ordered. The the gentleman tried to correct the error and I heard her explain that they were not to offer replacement food. I will never return to any business that is teaching its employees to treat customers this way. I would strongly suggest avoiding this location.

Honestly the serving sizes are laughable. I swear there was half a bite of meat on each wing. THEY WERE SO SMALL IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. Fries were so over seasoned I had to stop eating them, and I was hungry, and I usually covey my fries in salt. The wings tasted really good for the 5 bites of meat I got. Honestly dont go here, its not worth it at all.

The worst wings I ever had. Turned their phone off / no ordering on web(?) so you had to go there. No parking... Had to come back an hour later to pick up order. Got home, no sauces, no napkins... And then tough, cold chicken that had been under heat lamps or microwaved? Disgusting overly salty crap.

Called in an order for pickup. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes but it took about 30. Lady at the register was very rude and barely acknowledged me. They failed to call my name when the food was ready even after I asked after waiting so long. Food was cold

Wingstop has little in the way of customer service because there is one cashier and the rest of the people stay in the back all the time, but you feel very much loved when your mountain of wings comes up and they are very delicious!
